I chose Shawn Nevin to list my home because of his local real estate knowledge and his marketing…read moreabilities. I interviewed several different agents and his aggressive marketing program to all agents in Orange County and relocation agents in other states helped make my decision easy. He had the house listed for less than 30 days and we went into escrow and sold the property. He negotiated with the buyers agent and was able to get the buyers to come up to an acceptable offer. If you are looking for an agent that will fight for every dollar on your behalf and not just worry about their commission than use Shawn. Thanks Shawn New purchase loan My loan was extremely difficult to get competed, I had two applications going at the same time; one with Pacific Home Loans and the other with Bank of America. I provided the necessary conditions to both banks and Shawn at Pacific Home Loans really impressed me with his ability to get a loan completed and Bank of America said they could not do it. Thanks to Shawn and his hard work we were able to buy our dream house for the next chapter of our lives. If you have a hard loan to get funded definitely go with Shawn at Pacific Home Loans, he can do what other Big banks can't. Thanks again Shawn. I can't believe Yelp filtered this review, guess I need to include a photo of my loan docs and final closing HUD...maybe I should include the wire transfer docs also. I Yelp all of the time and I am very disappointed with their decision to filter my review. If you have any questions feel free to call me 714-865-9039.

We stumbled across a home we…read moreloved when we were "casually" looking at homes and had to get pre-approved ASAP to put in an offer over a weekend. We knew absolutely nothing about the process, but Vance was the quickest to respond out of all prospective candidates. He carried through this work ethic from the beginning through the very end. He was nice and very patient as we asked a million questions and walked him through several calculations. In a market as competitive as it is now, responsiveness is KEY to ensuring everything is submitted and closes on time. And it doesn't hurt that he had the best rates as well! Definitely will recommend him to all our friend and family who are looking for a new mortgage.

I want to mention again that I was not even talking about his field of expertise. Daniel even called me back about a question I posed about state taxes. Apparently he looked it up and updated me. His overall demeanor was so pleasing and his attitude was just superb. I know when the time comes to employ a financial advisor I will be contacting Daniel! Thanks Daniel!

I was very impressed with my free evaluation consultation session with Daniel…read more I have always been hesitant with financial advisers because I've experienced a few of them who are "pushy" and are always trying to upsell. Furthermore I was a little concerned that this eval would turn into a "buy a full financial plan from me" type of thing. This was not the case with Daniel at all. He asked a lot of great questions, he took a lot of notes and gave me a great idea of where I'm at in my financial planning adventure. For me, I've done a lot myself and he was great to bounce ideas of things that I have been thinking or what I can do better. We both agreed that it probably wasn't time for me to dive all in to a full financial plan due to where I am at in my life and what I have been doing on my own. He was forthcoming in that he doesn't think that, at this moment, he would add significant amount more value to what I have already done on my own. He recommended that he can be available to bounce ideas off of in an hourly fashion. To me this is huge. I was half-expecting to not get any ideas/thoughts without signing up for a full financial plan. That Daniel walked through all my finances and gave me great ideas and recommendations. Then for him to say that I probably don't need him 100% of the time shows that he tries to understand his clients first rather than try to just take money from them. Greatly impressed and I will definitely be coming to him for advice and when my life changes where I would need his full services, will be coming to him again.

Zeus & Bill. Bill…read morewas literally in a CAR for my latest meeting, A car. Probably the most disrespectful way to have a meeting pitching services, but ok. He said his team would reach out to request financial statements needed for his analysis. Never received anything. Followed up myself after waiting for weeks, they respond a week later asking what do you need again, and to set another meeting with Bill. It's the email before in the same chain? I need to set a meeting to send requested documents? Never responded to requests for any reading material, past performance, etc. My first meeting for another service earlier this year. It wasn't a priority for me, so I noticed they never responded months later. Apparently this is a theme. Thought I'd give them another chance anyway, which is stupid on my part. Extremely unprofessional, I would not trust them with anything. Their response time is non-existent, and they don't remember what your conversation was about, if they respond at all. Unless you want to give your money to people who don't respond, don't remember what you need, and pitch something while they're in a car. Go with literally anyone else.
