My credit score was 750 and now I need to find out how much they damage my credit card. There is an unprofessional and very unreliable lady working there called "Tabatha". They already have my information because of a business that I had with them last year and recently when I asked them about refinance my loan, I several times advised then to not check my credit card unless I give them permission. Tabatha assured me that she won't check my credit card without my permission but she finally did and now I'm going to sue her. She took advantage of my trust and I would never work with them anymore. We just bought our first home and Cory could not have been more of an asset for us, especially in a seller's market. We knew several months ahead of time that we would be in a position to buy come May/June, so we started our process with Cory and his team back in January. We gathered all of the documentation that his team asked of us and they goy us full underwriting approval before we started actually looking to buy. With that out of the way, Cory informed us that, if need be, we would be able to close in as little as 15 days once we found the right house. We had been watching the market, talking to our agent (shout out to Keith Watts and his team), going to open houses and perusing Zillow for several months and it was very clear that house prices were on the rise and properly priced homes were getting multiple offers within a day or two of being listed. Come June, it was a bad time to be a buyer and we were definitely concerned about our timing. Fortunately, all of that early looking on our part made it easy for us to recognize the house we wanted when we saw it. Our agent got us a viewing of the house the day after it hit the market and we made our offer that same day. Two days later, our offer was countered and we learned that there were 3 other offers on the house. One of the biggest reasons that the buyers chose our offer was that their agent called Cory to confirm that we were, in fact, underwritten approved and she convinced them that we would be a lot less likely than the other "pre-approved" buyers to encounter hang-ups in the loan process.
