Came while playing in a soccer tournament. We were about 10 minutes from where we were playing at North Allegheny High School. You can drop a ton with the games at Dave and Buster's, but the kids love it. My son got boneless wings as part of the "eat and play" option. I had the Chumichurri Bowl which was really good. Came here with my mom so we could get a quick app and something to drink. After 10 minutes We weren't approached by any waitstaff after being told someone would be with us, so we decided to go to the bar because there was a bartender back there. Mind you, this place was dead with not many patrons in the bar/ restaurant area. Before I even sat down I was asked for my ID which I didn't have on me- my mistake. I was going to just order a soda anyway and was told I couldn't even sit or stand by the bar with my soda while my mom got her drink because "I didn't look 21", I explained my age and that I'm wearing a wedding ring, I'm obviously of age to sit at a bar. Meanwhile there were literal children down at the other end of the bar with their parents. Jess is bad at her job. She spilled water on my friend and decided to get him a new drink before getting towels. Absolutely awful. She may have given the worst customer service of all time. I think that she should be fired. She is rude and did not accommodate to anybody's needs. Now Colin Z will review: jessica is a creature of great ambiguity. At no point, could I decipher her. Wow is the first word that comes to mind. We were invited to a birthday party at the new Dave & Busters on McKnight Road. We did not drive up far enough to see the actual outside of the facility so we parked in the free indoor parking garage. I actually thought we were lost because my waze was telling me we arrived. We took the elevator up and went in from the inside entrance from the plaza. This place was super clean and huge. And it wasn't busy at all at the time of the party, it did get busy later on. My friends party planner was very helpful all throughout the party. The private room was gorgeous! There was a huge big screen tv and very big tables, lots of room for a lot of people. When it came time for the food, they brought out so many things for the kids to eat. We ordered appetizers from the menu as well. Everyone loved all the food. The party mom got cards for all the kids that had $20 on it I believe for ticketed games but unlimited for all other games. The kids had so much fun that we ended up staying for a couple more hours after the party to continue playing. It was nice because we kind of had the place to ourselves up to like 3pm, then it got really busy. Very nice place to have a birthday party for any age! Or to just go have some fun. read more

To get the obvious out of the way, Dave & Buster's is obviously super overpriced at every step of the way. The good news is that I found the staff at this location to be very kind and helpful. Nevertheless, the negatives were more substantial. The food portioning was very stingy. $11 chicken tenders gets you about 3 nugget size pieces, barely a snack. All of the food is reheat quality, which doesn't make up for the fact that it's at a premium price. Be smart, skip the food, just get some drinks. In terms of the games, there is serious mismanagement. Multiple games were simply broken, including the giant claw machine and hungry hungry hippos (two of the more interesting attractions. Additionally, there are issues with the game token card system. Sometimes you tap your card and the game will take from your tokens, however it doesn't start play. Additionally, if the game has an error it will still take your tokens even if you can't play. We encountered these issues multiple times. Finally, a lot of the games are just video games. You have to really hunt for the interesting physical games that make it "worth it" to go to an arcade. At the end of the day, I give it 1 star for the few enjoyable games and 1 star for the service. Worst service ever and rudest staff ever. My family and I all gathered here to celebrate a 2nd birthday and there were at least 10 people in our party so we spent A LOT of money. First, we called ahead to ask for a wait time on a table so the person over the phone said 20 minutes loud and clear. We arrived maybe 20 minutes later to put our name on the waiting list, well the hostess told us 2+ hours for a wait. As expected we were confused because the girl over the phone obviously made a mistake so we explained that to the hostess, so she brought the manager over and that's where it all started. He was VERY rude and cut me off mid sentence multiple times to the point I had to tell him there's no reason for you to be this rude over a mistake made by your staff. We did not mind waiting because it was visibly busy but I could not believe how we were treated and talked to. That's not it. So after the manager talked AT us, we still waited to be seated and it was well over a 2 hour wait so myself and another member of our party sat at the bar and was completely ignored for at least 25 minutes. Nobody said I'll be right with you, nothing! So we flagged the bartender down and said told her when she gets a moment we're ready to order. She rudely said they're very busy so we'll have to wait. When the bartender finally came over we told her we'll just have water because it's been a while and we were going to go play games with the kids. So for whatever reason she was visibly upset and actually asked us "Well do you just want somebody else to take your order" and we told her NO we just would like water thank you. So everyone played games for the time we waited. We finally got seated and the manager tells somebody at our table they are out of chicken wings.. So when our waitress came over we asked her if we would have an issue with our daughter's order because we ordered her chicken bites.. the waitress says no it shouldn't be a problem. Well EVERYBODY'S order came out except for my 5 year old daughters so I asked the waitress what's going on and she said omg I'm so sorry we ran out of chicken. Now, I'm furious. I asked her to bring the manager over now, he came over and stooped next to me so he's eye level with me, no mask! I explained to him my issue, by this time everybody has eaten except me and my daughter, he was rude and unapologetic the entire conversation and I said I would like to be accommodated because we've spent a lot here and we have been treated like trash the whole 4+ damn hours we spent in that place. Brought my family here looking forward to a fun evening around 5:30 on Sunday evening. After waiting at the host stand for a few minutes as several employees and supervisors passed by us a line of people grew who were waiting to be seated. Not one person looked up to greet us. After a couple more minutes, we were seated. We waited about 10 more minutes at the table and received no attention from the waitstaff, at which point we began looking for an alternative place to go. The manager even blamed us for the terrible service. He then had security follow us out when we left. I've never been treated so bad in my life. These people were nasty from the very beginning. Birthday Party Review! I had my son's 12th birthday party here and he said it was the best birthday party he ever had! I was put in contact with Chelsea Muntz and she helped plan and coordinate the party. She was so helpful and answered any questions I had along the way. She was super nice and it was such a breeze working with her! I elected to rent one of the party rooms and selected the Celebrations Birthday Party Package. It included a food buffet, unlimited soda and tea, a Power tap band for the birthday child with $40 for ticketed games and unlimited video play game until the end of the day. Our guests received Power cards with $20 ticketed game play and I paid an extra $5 for unlimited video game play. The buffet consisted of pretzel dogs, chicken tenders, mini cheese pizza's, cheeseburger sliders and french fries. The kids said the food was so good! If I could do it again I would have paid for the Ultimate B-Day party package and the kids could have gotten a $30 ticketed game play instead of $20. It's not much more and the kids in our party ran out of money quite fast. I definitely recommend paying the extra $5 for unlimited video game play. It was so nice that they could at least continue to play the non-ticketed games even after they ran out of money for the ticketed games. Especially if you elect to rent a party room because you get the room for 3 hours and if I didn't have the unlimited power cards for the kids they probably would have gotten bored really fast. When we arrived we were quickly taken to our room and greeted by Josie. She went over our party details and gave me the power band for my son and the power cards for the kids. She was very friendly and said she was also available if needed. We rented the small party room, but it was quite larger than I expected. It was impressive, really beautiful and spacious. We had our own server (McKayla) and she was always available to assist, answer questions, and was so friendly. She was always quick to get our guests drinks and anything they needed. We had an amazing time, everything was so easy and the kids had a blast. I would definitely have another party here. Tips if you have a party and rent a room: - You can bring your own cake and/or cupcakes. There is no freezer available to bring ice cream or an ice cream cake. - Start your party at 1 if you can, it's before other parties start and we basically had the whole arcade to ourselves for the 1st hour. It was so nice because I was able to find all of the kids in our party and take some really great photos. - You do not need to bring any table clothes. I bought some but they were not needed at all. - If you can afford to do it buy the Ultimate B-Day party and add the $5 power card option. I wish I would have done this. - I didn't buy the party platters for the adults that stayed, instead I selected about 7 to 8 appetizers and they were great and it didn't add a whole lot more to our bill. read more
