Early dinner at DnBs with the fam. I wasn't really that hungry so I settled for the chicken avocado sandwich. The late arrived about 15 minutes later. I was amazed at how big the sandwich really was. Packed full of chicken ln bread and avocado slices. One bite and I knew I had chosen a good meal. I took down that half and the fries but that's it. Let me start off by saying I may be a bias reviewer in this case because I am not a huge fan of gaming places. Dave & Busters is the typical money pit. Parents walk in and are immediately hit with the ticket purchases. For an idea it's 75 coins for $15 and each game is about 7 coins. *ALSO, beware the card itself costs $3. Make sure to hold onto your card for the next visit. We had planned to eat for a birthday celebration. To be fair, I don't think you visit Dave and Busters for the food. You go there for the games. My eating companions and I had chicken wings, nachos, and hamburgers. The nachos had burned chicken pieces on them which were not very good. There were some pretty cool games. Plenty of 2 player games and large screens. The prize area is full of your standard prize items with a few more adult options. Speakers, stuffed animals, games, balls, cups, keyboards, headphones - and the list goes on! I will refrain from recommending or not recommending - if this is your style you will enjoy this location. My wife and just recently visited D&B for a going away party. We had been there in a few years because that last time we were there, there was a fire in the kitchen. It was nice to go and see all the video games. The food is just not something I would go there for. Nothing was burnt or anything, it just did seem all that appetizing. I had the Parmesan wings, bone in and they were soggy. We took them home and put them in the air fryer to get them right and they were delicious. I asked for sweet tea and it was more like sweet ice water. It was extremely weak in color and had very little taste. My partner asked for a Long Island ice tea and that was one of the poorest rendition of a Long Island ice tea I'd seen in some time. I wish I had a photo, lol. As a 54 year old, I guess this isn't a spot for me to be hanging out at often especially for food. We always enjoy the food and arcades at Dave & Buster's! It's always a great way to spend time with family and friends! There are many delicious choices to select from their menu. On this occasion, I ordered the flatbread shrimp pizza, and it was delicious! I had never had their desserts, and the photos do not do the desserts justice. They are amazing! Our Men's Group from church met up at Dave & Buster's for dinner and some fun! As always, it was clean and welcoming! Our server, Adam, was awesome! He was engaging, helpful, and attentive. He remembered everything we ordered and the food came out quickly and exactly as expected! As good as the food is, the games are still our favorite part...even as a group of middle aged men. Associated at the front desk provided information on the seasonal pass available which allows for unlimited game play for three tiers, we specifically asked if we purchased this if it would be able to be used same date and were assured we could, after purchasing this and trying to play games with it not working we approach the counter and were advised it was a blackout date and the card was worthless, when requesting a refund were advised there was nothing they would do and we'd have to call customer service , the manager was short and rude in responses , and when asked why they would tell us this was available to use were told they didn't say that and only provided a recommendation , even with three family members present , extremely disappointed with the attitude and false information provided, had a fun filled afternoon planned and this is a poor excuse for service and business practices read more

From all the dave and busters i have been to this has been the most helpful staff, i have ben playing weekly for two months and have successfully won an xbox and a few games. The food needs to be more on pair, some times i order stuff and certain items are cold others are hot. The soups i get i usually have to send back cause they are cold but as in taste its pretty good and if you come on certain days u can eat and pay alittle extra and play games! 10-12pm is half of games daily and wed all day long. Bottom Line Up Front: It's an adult arcade, with very high tech, cool and interactive games, with Applebee's level food and booze. I mean, it's definitely a D&B. Back in the day, I'd have (and did a few times in LA), kill places like D&B. Now though? I find myself thinking, "it's too loud", "I can't hear the menu", "why are there so many kids, this is supposed to be an adult place", "why are the games so expensive?", "fuck your mean I can't carry all these guns in here?"... lol. But naw, like I'm obviously getting older, and it's just me (but this is my Yelp and there might be like aged - feeling people on here), but I can't do TOO much of places like D&B. It's fun for groups, like I could see that. But it's not so much a place to come alone, or even on a date (at my age, which btw is 37). I think I've missed this by 7-12 years. I could very easily see (and I was doing it actually), 25-30 yr old me tearing this place up! Of course everyone is different, and I saw people there older than me having a great time. So if it's your cup of tea, sip that s***. Mostly I'll go for a very end/corner seat of the bar, have 2 drinks, and talk/BS with my buddy that bar tends there occasionally. If he ain't working, then I don't ever really have a reason to go. But it stays busy. So clearly my opinion isn't shared by the masses, because D&B gets plenty of business. They're doing just fine! I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been to a Dave and Buster's before. I was a little disappointed by all the lights and extremely loud music. It seems that those things are part of the environment they want to project, but it's not for me when I need dinner and it's late in the evening. We were seated in an area that was vacant. Nobody else in that section of the establishment. It turns out that they had already closed this section for the evening and then reseated us. 20 minutes later the waitress came out and wanted to take our orders. We didn't even have menus yet. She turned up her nose and came back 10 minutes later with menus ready to take our orders. We rushed through and placed our orders. The food was hot but flavorless. Nothing really positive to say about the food. The customer service was horrific from need to end. The only reason we stayed was that we were exhausted and this was the only place open that was close to the hotel. Not going back. read more

I want to start by saying that I think marketing for Dave & Busters is a little misleading. Every commercial I've ever seen for D&B only shows adults in a fun atmosphere probably getting drunk and definitely spending lots of money on games. D&B can be that for you, but it's also extremely family friendly so if you were planning on going and making an ass out of yourself, you might want to rethink it because little Suzy will be watching. Charles Y and I went for Albert K's b-day (check his pic of their delicious chocolate cake) and I was surprised by a lot about D&B. First off, it's way bigger than you would imagine. I didn't think it would be even half the size that it is. When you walk in there's a little reception area where you can get your game play card. We walked past because we came to eat and weren't sure if we'd be playing games. The restaurant is all the way in the far right of the building and before it you'll find a bar. The bar is large too, but we thought it was way too loud. The restaurant is quieter and offers a lot more lighting. The restaurant has an extensive menu, but offers up what you'd expect from a sizeable chain... burgers, dips, wings, etc. etc. We started with the triple play which came with wings, mozzarella sticks, and loaded tots. Everything was fine, exactly what I expected them to be. I ordered some fried shrimp something or other that came with a side of fries and a dipping sauce. I was kind of surprised by the dipping sauce (if I remember correctly it was like a honey mustard type dip), but it wasn't half bad. All of our meals actually fell under some promo they were doing so we all got a game play card with $10 worth of game play (points?) on them. The Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots are awesome, but the coolest game is the four person air hockey. Super difficult, but a lot of fun. We played some of the other games and I liked that they had a few that were reminiscent of carnival games. We went during spring break in EP so maybe that played into it, but there were a lot of kids at D&B when we went. A lot. Like more kids than adults. Which it didn't detract from my experience, but I think it's worth mentioning. I didn't think the pricing was too bad here on the food and after seeing how many games you can play with $10, I don't think that's a bad deal either. We didn't redeem any of our tickets (which are also on the card you use) for anything, but I'm sure if we combined all three of our tickets we could've got a really cool notebook or something (I say this because I don't actually know what they have available at the prize store). read more

I'm absolutely astonished. The wage slave at the counter to the eat at busters had the audacity to tell me they were closed for the night... I've never felt such like a filthy commoner weasel he was so rude and unprofessional. I was about to walk out and go eat somewhere else but I had my wife with me at the time and that would be an inconvenience. The food was absolutely fantastic the nachos and wings were that of a heavenly platter of angels souls in the human realm. When I finally decided to sit next to the peasants, the waiter with the red curly hair was absolutely pleasant and in my opinion saved the entire experience for me. The music was ratchet and overbearing. But what could you expect from a building made for oversized children such as my wife. This review is before Covid-19. I looked on their website and they're currently open. Personally speaking, I wouldn't feel comfortable going at this time. Anyway...My son and bf wanted to visit so I decided to come with them awhile back. I was interested in trying their adult snow cone. I'm not sure if they still have them but they were pretty good! It was a snow cone with booze in it. It had rum or vodka in it. I recall having one of each and I preferred the rum. I would've liked more juice in the snow cone. I also remember trying their burgers and fries. They were alright, not bad! It's sort of hard to mess up a burger. It's happened to me in the past but not often. The experience to eat and play video games isn't cheap. You could easily spend between $50 to $100 here. I'd recommend coming for the games. It's also a good place to watch a football game on TV. Going back to the food...It wasn't that special for me. I'd recommend just having a drink and having dinner at home or somewhere else. I once looked into having a birthday party for my son and it was too pricey! It would've been at least $400 for food and games. It would've probably been more because kids always want to play the games, win more tickets, etc. Peter Piper Pizza was a little over $100 to invite my family, friends and son's classmates. Rockie, Becky, or Ariana would be more than happy to ignore you at your table after a 30 min wait to be seated. Not a single smile from any of the staff hiding in the corner chit chatting. All the waitresses seemed to be confused about who was supposed to be sitting at what table. If the blonde manager walking around spent less time staring at the touchscreen on the wall than speaking to a single customer maybe I would have left a tip. If Chuck E. Cheese's combined forces with a family neighborhood restaurant similar to Chili's or Applebee's and then threw in an immaculate, huge ass bar...you'd get Dave and Busters. This place has everything: decent food, high speed WiFi, a full bar, and entertainment for the entire family. If you somehow manage to get bored in a place like this, you don't deserve to be anywhere near a game stop. Over zealousness aside though, this place isn't without its flaws. First, we'll discuss the games and general floor plan. I understand they had to cram in as many different kinds of arcade games as they possibly could. Unfortunately, I don't care for the crowded feel of the main gaming area. Seriously, I was bumping into people left and right literally every 30 seconds. And a place this popular stays crowded, so....fair warning for those of you who are introverted like myself. Oh, and this place is loud as hell! However, if you manage to eat in the main dining area (not the one by the bar), it's slightly less noisy in there. With that said, we can talk about the food.. I just wanna express my appreciation for the fact that we finally have a gaming spot that serves something besides pizza and wings. Other places should take note: it's perfectly okay to serve a variety of food. My wife got this lawnmower salad which is huge as f*ck!! There is absolutely NO way you can finish this thing in one sitting. So you'll most likely have lunch for the next day. But for a salad, it tastes surprisingly good. I tried the fish n' chips and got....literally fish n' chips. Yeah, you don't get fries like you would anywhere else. But that's okay because the chips tasted like they were made in-house. I was seriously impressed. The fish was fine, flaked well and tasted like your average fish n' chips. There was really only one problem I had with this dish: they give you too little tartar sauce. I was like, "Really?? Is it really necessary for them to be so stingy with the tartar sauce?" So as you can imagine, I had to ask for extra sauce. Ah well, at least it was free. I DID manage to sample the fries, too...since my kids got some with their meals. They were awesome. Nothing more to say about that. They just....rock! I've read in previous reviews about the service being less than stellar. However, for us, we must've been lucky because service was pretty damn good. During dinner, we must've had like...3 managers check on us to make sure we were doing alright. I was impressed by the way the servers seemed to have been tag teaming our table. A place this large needs all the help it can get. One minor note as a refined wine drinker: I love the wine glasses they use here because it fits in theme with the type of place this is. It's one of those wine glasses with just the upper rounded part, minus the stem you would have on a traditional wine glass. This reduces the chance of spilling your drink. Bonus! And as far as I know, there is no limit to how many adult drinks you're allowed to purchase, unlike Chuck E. Cheese's two drink limit (or so I'm told, I never actually tested this rule out myself). One annoying thing I discovered with their paperless ticket and coin system for the games: their card readers are, often times, dubious at best. You slide the card and hope for the green light, indicating your payment has been accepted. I can't count how many times that light turned red. I'd say...like, 60% of the time I had to re-slide my card. The staff at DnB's really oughta look into this. Other than that, I'd say DnB's is a worthy hot spot to take the whole family on a Saturday night for food, booze, and games. What a lovely combination! Lucky I didn't call adult protective services. Poor grandma probably can't hear now and her back probably really hurts now. Smh Will I return? My son wanted to come here and play some games since he has been to Dave and Busters in other cities. At previous D and B's the food has been so so. I decided to check the reviews before coming here and many were mixed, some good and some bad reviews. Well customer service was good from the gentlemen who served us. However the food was so so. I had the chicken artichoke penned. The chicken was good but the penne was very bland. We also ordered chips and spinach dip which was pretty good. My wife ordered a Thai salad and it was pretty good. The dressing made the salad stand out. The game room was pretty good. If you have been to other D and B's, don't expect to get hard copy tickets. Tickets are now uploaded to your card after you play a game. There were a lot of games, a few I have never seen before. So if you come here to play games I think it's worth it. Game cards are $10, $20 up to $50 which can be recharged at one of the 6 machines. There are discounts if you recharge your card at higher price points. read more

Dave & Busters is like the grownup version of Chuck E Cheese/PeterPipers. They do have tons of games & instead of tokens & actual tickets you have a power card that you can add to & the "tickets" are accounted for on the card as well They tokens are kinda expensive, so we didn't play too many games, but they do have an email list & some promos for coupons They have 3 separate dining areas: dining & bar & dining & games area (which was what we wanted) & eat at busters- kinda like the fancier area. We went to eat first they sat us down & we ordered an appetizer (nachos) which was huge. The price actually fits the amount of food you get. The my were good, but the flavor wasn't the best ever, but nothing to really complain about it. The waitress was nice & we wanted to leave & go play games but they informed us that we had to close the ticket out & then come back - we noticed in a h receipt where it had said "ask about eat & game combo" which is what we wanted but oh well, So we closed out our ticket & got money on the card for games & then went back to eat a meal, since the dining & bar area was full & we had already played games, we went to the eat at busters & since the appetizer was so big we got a burger & split it. The burger tasted good, but there was too much garlic aioli & grease from burger & honestly it was pretty small. Especially since it was about $13 it was like a burger that you can buy from Walmart. We also ordered a drink & they had informed us that anything frozen wasn't available right now. So they gave me a drink on the rocks, so much ice that I had to order another & get no ice. Game attendant refuse to check tickets. I asked if she was on break she said no, so I asked if she worked there & she became annoyed. Not a family friendly environment! You will be better off at another family game area m. The food is bland & takes forever and when it gets to you it's cold. Most games don't work or are closed for social distancing. All the employees are unhappy & unfriendly some guy was walking around with a mega phone yelling at people to wear the mask over their nose, not us but a little girl was just drinking from her cup and he yelling into the mega phone. We came here to play and it was crazy busy Saturday night! We already had a game card so all we did was load up more money on the one we had. We noticed that there were more then a couple machines that were not working properly, and so the machines stole our money. We are not ones to complain though so we left it at that. Game prices do vary and some of them can be pretty high. The bar is very close to the gaming area and there is a restaurant area there as well. What an unbelievable disappointment. Everyone knows Dave and Busters gauges all of us on single game price, which is sad because I am willing to bet people would spend even more if they brought game prices down a bit. The games are fun, and it is a reason to go. However, when we heard about endless wing night we said let's go. That's where you get duped. Dave and Busters is very strategic in the way they play "the game" of all you can wings. When you order your wings you will get your first plate. If you are smart you will immediately order your next plate of wings because if you don't, you will not get your second plate for 15-20 minutes. It's a brilliant move by the restaurant because the longer you wait the more liquids you drink and the more your food settles in your belly. They are hoping you get full and pay $30 for a single to two plates of wings. That's ludicrous!!!! It is almost embarrassing that the focus of Dave and Busters is to extort it's customers in any way they can. Of course people will always go for the games. The food is not terrible.
