He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient, always keeping the needs and preferences of the singer (me) in mind. Very easy to work with. I found the studio itself difficult to locate, but in my experience, most rehearsal and recording studios are in squirrelly locations..... so this one is no different.
