He also went into my crawlspace and inspected the structure of the drainage pipes to ensure there were no problems there. He explained everything that he did, why the pipes were clogging, and provided several tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Three years later, I had another clog. Initially I couldn't remember or find Bart's info so I got another plumber to come out and unclog it. During that process they told me that I had a small leak in the crawlspace and quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. I declined and called a few other plumbers to get a second opinion. This time I found Bart and he came out for free to assess and provide another quote to fix the leak, except that he found no leak! He had me run water from all the faucets, flush the toilets, and found no leaks and nothing wrong with the pipes in my crawlspace. I highly recommend Bart as a knowledgable and honest plumber. I'll definitely call him again for future work.

He came on-site and did a free inspection and recommended the toilet to install in each bathroom. A few days later he came with the new toilets and spent the time to install them firmly and cleanly. One of the toilet seat was a bit off the center after installation. I actually didn't notice that before he pointed out. He then spent the next 30min triaging what was off, and eventually made everything perfectly symmetrical. I am very impressed with his craftsmanship and meticulous attitude. Cost wise, Bart's quote ranks reasonably in the middle (I had quotes from 6 different sources), and what we get is top brand TOTO as well as top notch service. The !/$ ratio is hard to beat. I would definitely recommend Bart to friends and family in the future.

Overall excellent service both over phone and in person. Thanks Victor & team! Definitely going in my contact book in case needed next time.

We called Happy Rooter at 650p and they came to the house that night. Because rot was already dark and the leak wasn't terrible, they agreed to come back the next morning to replace our tee connector with a brass connector, as well as replace the PVC irrigation pipe with new, copper piping. They have us a very reasonable quote and we agreed to have them do the work. Victor's crew came back the next morning, a little later than quoted, but finished the job within an hour. No BS, fair price and quick work that day. MUCH better than some of the other plumbers we've had out. Second time was from majorly shoddy work from Superior Plumbing. We found out we had a $800 water bill and that there had been a leak where Superior did work. Immediately called San Jose water to have them shut off water to the house from the street (was below main shut off line). Ed from MArti's was here the next day and worked ALL DAY on one of the most difficult jobs I have ever seen. I know, because I was there all day to try and help any way I could. What Superior couldn't do in weeks, Ed did in 1 day. Awesome job, thank you.

By 4pm, I had received no call and after trying to get in touch with our contact person, I was told the tech was finishing up his last job and should be on-site soon. By the time 5pm approaches, I was told they would call me to reschedule. Of course, I received no call and when I tried calling a little after 5pm, the number went to voicemail because they were already "closed". The technician did end up calling me later that night to inform me that his "tools were stolen" (if that was the case, how did he finish up his "last job"?) and that he wasn't able to show up (that would have been fine had he tried to contact me as soon as his "tools were stolen"). Everything was handled very poorly on their end so we ended up finding another plumbing company to take care of our repairs.
