When I saw a doctor later that day he confirmed that it was the wrong size and wrong product, so I returned it the next day. The second person was very pleasant and the return was easy. After going to their website, we saw they have tons of PPE. Everything from gloves, wide variety of masks (different variety of cloth masks all the way up to KN95 masks), thermometers, eyewear, sanitizers and a whole bunch more. The website was easy to navigate, just choose what you want, the quantity and checkout by putting your credit card information. Put in how you would like to be contacted via text or email. Once your order is ready for pick up they will send you a message saying it's ready. For most items, you can even choose delivery which is a good option too. If you are choosing to pickup you can enter their parking lot on Kapiolani or behind right across of Side Street Inn. It is a little tricky as you have to walk from the parking lot into the building (sometimes you may have to walk up or down a flight of stairs to enter the building) and take the elevator up to the 9th floor. Once you go up you can either call the number or press the doorbell and someone will come out to help you. In regards to the home test, it was simple to read, understand and to execute. I needed them to arrive quite quickly as my husband and I were due to fly back to Canada and I wanted to ensure we had the masks for the return flight, as he is immunocompromised, and had an emergency surgery in Honolulu. I was so heartened by the offer, having been stressed about my husband's health, so I gladly accepted.
