He is now stationed at their Clifton Park facility. While I cannot remember the details of my visit 10 years ago, I was impressed enough to hunt him down. Dr. Lassetter is part of a wonderful, caring medical team. From the ladies who checked me in to Jin who took my blood pressure and asked all the preop questions, everyone who crossed my path yesterday was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lassetter is upbeat and kind. Talks you through the unpleasant ordeal. My tooth extraction took less than 10 minutes (the paperwork took much longer, lol) and I had no pain then nor after the fact. I had a 9:20am appt but wasn't even called back until 9:55am. No one apologized. The dental hygienist complained that she was working because she never has to work this shift. I had made the appt. with Dr. King but was told AFTER I was in the chair that they would see "who could fit me in" Dr. Davis told me I have cavities because I "obviously don't know how to brush OR floss" As he left the room he muttered "nice to meet you". Horrid, rude, cocky, insulting - and on top of it all - I went to another dentist and found out the SIX cavities Dr. Davis said I had were all surface and could be fixed with fluoride treatment! He tried to fix it but ended up giving up because "he couldnt go any further". The temporary cap fell out on the drive back home. I ended up going in 3 separate times to get the temporary crown put back in. It fell out one last time and broke in pieces. Dr. Davis did nothing but blame me for making it fall out when I came back in to get it fixed. He refused to own up to doing a bad job. A Technician ended up being the one to put in the permanent crown and she did a good job. Its holding up so far and didnt mess up my bite after she altered the crown Davis had made several times. She also had to file my bottom teeth to get Davis's poorly made crown to fit which I didn't like. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THIS PLACE STINKS

I had one appointment that never made it into their system. I have had botched work due to Dr. Swalsky's haste twice that caused unnecessary pain, time and expense. I changed dentists after a long time and am happier now, even with the time they devote to the patient. I guess I had forgotten what it's supposed to be like. Halfmoon are competent and have the right intentions I guess but they need to step back and retool.
