They let you know the cost, what insurance will cover and your final out of pocket cost ahead of time. The hygienist is very friendly, always concerned about if you're comfortable. She does a great job and prefers to do the cleaning with tools which to me seems less painful. Now we get to Doctor Montag who is a doctor that believes in modern technology and isn't afraid to get it. Today I went in for a cleaning, and informed the hygienist that a cap had fallen off last week. She took an X-ray and Dr Montag came in to look at it. He then informed me that a client had cancelled and that he could take care of it right away. I decided, why wait! One of the great things about this office is he has invested in the equipment to make a crown right away. Within an hour he had it made, installed and I don't have to return. This is what a dentist should be.

I waited a few days after my dental appointment to post a review because I could not stop crying. (Don't worry they are all tears of Joy) Dr. Cerny's office is nothing but professional. Each member on her team plays a vital role. Alice is wonderful she goes above and beyond helping patients figure billing out so we don't have too. Amanda the dental assistant is always smiling and a will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Lisa the dental hygienist is real gentle and the whole time she is cleaning your teeth she's educating you about proper care of brushing/flossing. The waiting room is no longer the welcoming place. All the furniture has been replaced with ugly 1970s dingy used looking stuff. Receptionist only kind of friendly. I waited 15 minutes. The hygienist was the same woman who brutalized me last year and I asked not to have her again. Surprise! She didn't use the mobile light to see into my mouth as she cleaned my teeth. Not that it really matters but it has to make things easier to see right? She was marginally more gentle but I still had to say OUCH more than once. That has never happened to me. And now twice. And she said my teeth were perfect so why did it hurt so much? . Bottom line- the place looks shabby. The staff doesn't seem happy. I don't get a good warm feeling about this place anymore. Dr King understood my fears and explained the procedure his dental assistant stayed in the room the whole time and kept checking on me to ensure I was doing OK. He also recommended "gas" which I gladly accepted. Since then I have had a few dental procedures with no issues. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and I find his dental hygienist professional and courteous. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the variety of dental plans that they deal with to ensure that everything is covered or if needed assist with the paperwork for financing.
