I have dental anxiety because I was orally raped, so I'm sure I wasn't an ideal patient. She didn't even ask me about my tooth pain or do anything to help my broken tooth or even so much as recommended I eat soft food. The woman is a sociopath.

I completely understand that things like staff call-outs happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. When I called to reschedule, the earliest available appointment was another month out. I asked if I could be prioritized for an earlier opening given that my appointment was canceled on their end, but no accommodations were offered beyond being placed on a general cancellation list. It's frustrating because patients are typically charged fees for late cancellations, yet there doesn't seem to be the same level of accountability or effort to make things right when the office cancels last-minute. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend confirming how this office handles scheduling disruptions before booking.

Dr. Goldman told me that he couldn't do my root canal because it was a wisdom tooth. But I had all…read moremy wisdom teeth out. Then he referred me to a private practice $$$. That my only option was paying big bucks or pulling it. The problem really is not only do I not have big bucks, but my mouth is too small for his hands to get in way back there to do this complicated back tooth. I remember years ago when he was back at K&FD his long time assistant saying something about she had to do something for him ''because of his hands'', she let it out to me years ago she had to do things for him that the doctor was supposed to do ''because of his hands''. I believe he is cherry-picking cases that will suit his hands. Because he tried to tell me this was a wisdom tooth and had to be done by a specialist (when I had all four wisdom teeth pulled) when the tooth is number 31. I wasnt 16 when they were pulled I was 30 so it was only 15 years ago not 30 years ago. So I remember! When I called the new private dentist they informed me that tooth 31 is not a wisdom tooth number 32 was. I told her that Dr. Goldman said it was?! But again I had them removed, so I wasn't going to argue. HE was the dentist! He had me doubting my own memory. Maybe I didn't get all four out? Now, he has me guessing? I swear I had them all out because I remember I went to work, and they expected me to answer the phones after I had surgery. And, my mouth was suffering from dry socket syndrome, and I was in intolerable pain, and it was best I go home. I couldn't talk. That indicates to me it was all four not just two... This is many months later, and I am in need of the root canal so badly the pain is coming through my pain relievers, and it is infected. I call the number Dr. Goldman office gave to me to the specialist but it is disconnected. So I called Dr Goldmans office and Luckily I got the wonderful, caring, good listening skills and an asset to the office, Ms. JESSIE the receptionist on the phone and she spent time looking up the number for me on the info they have and also went online! She went online for me to check! Isn't that amazing customer service! What an asset for this dentist office! Who would have known there was this gem working there! She is so grounded and felt for me and my circumstances, and listened to me and figured out the specialist number and said it was the right number. And we decided to try again. All in all, I finally figured out it was MY private telephone number giving me the disconnected signal! I figured out I have to press *82 before their line will accept my phone number! Duh. Anyway, the entirety of my rating is due to Jessie the most amazing and caring receptionist, I have ever talked to over the phone or in person and definitely deserves a massive raise! I will not recommend anybody to come here got 3 route canals done by doctor allan Goldman 3 years…read morelater I'm here having to get them retreated bc they all got severely infected and failed , I now have to travel to Poughkeepsie several times to hopefully save these teeth went today to start the process and they could not continue on because of how inflamed and terrible my gums looked due to Allan not doing the route canals properly and placing the crowns terribly , I am now at risk of losing my teeth because of this place and I will be looking into suing !
