The day of the rental my friends and I met up to ride to the provided address. We were a little confused on the actual location so we called the number given and no answer. We just went ahead to the Geist marina as we figured that would help. While we're headed that direction another friend gets ahold of him and he tells her that his boat is in the shop and he refunded us(without saying anything). He then sends a text to me showing proof of when he refunded the amount(3-4 days after he said he did) and I ask him to call me. No response. I call him...no response. We were very upset since we've been planning this for weeks and were ready for the boat and it was cancelled without any warning and still no communication....to this day! I'd give zero stars...but I can't.
