Julia is an amazing matchmaker, and in it for the right reasons. Julia truly is passionate about…read morewhat she does and loves helping people find love, and has been matchmaking professionally for over 20 years. If you are a busy professional who is short on time, if you are tired of searching at bars, online dating, and just waiting for "something to happen", I highly recommend Julia. Worst case scenario, you are right where you started. Best case, you find the love of your life! What do you have to lose? ;) Julia has different service options for matchmaking include being a paying client, where she will make finding a match a priority and find you multiple dates (if needed) within your specifications. She also works with other matchmakers in the area to help find your perfect match. The other option is being a member in her database for 1 year, which is $210. So! How the process works: first, you must check out her website and fill out a signup form. This will probably take you around 10 minutes, and asks the basic questions about you (education, do you smoke, want children etc. ), and a few short questions about what you are looking for in a partner. Also, this asks you to attach 2 photos. No selfies! If you have no good photos, worry not. She has a photographer that can take some good shots for your profile if you decide to sign up. From here, you wait for an email and possibly get on a call. Once you interact with Julia, and if she decides to take you on as a client, she let's you know that she will inform you once she has someone for you or is meeting the database members. The 1-on-1 meetings are approximately 30 minutes at her office in Mission Viejo. This meeting is for her to get to know you, see what your personality is like, and see what you look like since photos can sometimes be misleading (sometimes people look way better in person, and visa versa). Originally I went in wanting to be a paying client, but Julia was very honest and straightforward with me (which I love), and told me that she did not have a lot of options in my age range in her database at the moment, and did not want to just take my money. This spoke volumes to me, and showed that she is not in this business just for money, and that she truly has integrity. So from here, I went with the 1-year database. And I'll be honest, I felt that it could be months before I was matched with someone, I did not know what to expect. But boom! Within 2 weeks of meeting her, Julia had a wonderful match for me (whom I am still seeing). I actually just introduced a friend to Julia's matchmaking service, and she is going on her first date this Friday! I definitely recommend Julia, what do you have to lose! ;)

She hand picks your matches and really listens to what you are looking for. She is attentive and communicates well. She has made dating fun for me again! I was so tired of online dating! I felt like this was my last resort. OC Dream Date has been a refreshing experience. It's given me faith again. On my second date she matched me with a chivalrous gentlemen that I have fallen head over heels for. He too is beyond happy with Susan's gift and skill set! Things are going really well. I'm excited to see what the future holds! :)

You contacted familty members of an existing male client and recruited his aunt, and the aunts friend. In another instance you Facebook stalked an annonym, ous woman through her friend. This is not building a list of pre screened women, this is scrambling to find random people with whom you have no existing relationship. When i voiced my concerns in a professional non aggressive and non abusive way, rather than hear me, and attempt to resolve the issue, you blocked me and denied access to your fb platform group, Your intentions may be good, however your methods and the results are unacceptable. I too have proof, not just from me, but from these woman that you "recruited". Just do better. That is all I ask. This service is a complete SCAM. They claim to have a database of individuals all over the county and state that they "vet" these people and screen them for matchmaking purposes. Not only is that untrue, they are not open to constructive feedback regarding members that are offered for dating purposes, and will block you if you dare provide facts regarding their poor performance. I have found their admins, and marketing team lead by Susan Lee to be unprofessional, chidish and complete amateurs in the area of locating screening and providing qaulity matchmaking services. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED.

I did my research and due diligence on this company, including reading the thousands of extremely…read morenegative yelp reviews, which is part of the reason I didn't sign up with this service (also check out the glassdoor reviews on how the employees feel about the company). There are at least 2 class action lawsuits against this company for not delivering on their obligations of finding appropriate dates for their clients. Before I knew all this, I had an initial call with a salesperson (Jessica Da), and she and I talked for about an hour about all the things I'm looking for in a guy. I was very detailed, much more so than simply answering the questions she asked, and we probably talked about 30-50 different categories and traits that I'm looking for, I mean I really covered everything and was very detailed because I know exactly what I'm looking for, and if I'm hiring someone to find him, then they need to know too. There were some traits that she asked me to be more flexible on and I was (such as expanding geographic area). The whole point of a matchmaking service is for them to find guys that are what you want , otherwise I have easily found guys on dating apps on my own for free. She didn't ask me to send photos of my exes, which concerned me. That's something that I think any good matchmaker would want to see, so they know who I'm attracted to. I noticed right off the bat she couldn't answer basic questions - what's their success rate? How many people (or men) are in your database? This is common and obvious stuff that other matchmakers have easily answered. She would just brush it off and say, oh it changes every day! The cost I was quoted was about $4500 for 24 dates within 1 year. I was shocked to hear that she could promise 24 dates in a year with all this criteria - it didn't make logical sense. And it was also odd that the number wasn't tailored to me and my preferences, since it's not at all customized, which is the whole point of paying thousands for professional matchmaking. Anyways, I asked her to send me the contract to review, and insisted on sending her photos of my exes so that she could confirm that they have guys that fit my criteria and who look like that. Well, once I got the contract I understood that this was a scam immediately. I'm an attorney, but even laypeople should be reading those 3 pages (very short) and understanding that this company does not put itself on the hook AT ALL. The contract had NOTHING that we had discussed - it didn't say any specifics, no age range, ethnicity, religion, kids, personality traits, looks, career status, income, I mean NOTHING. This is how they scam people. They promise the moon on the phone, verbally, and then they have you sign a contract that includes none of what you were promised. The contract simply says they will match you with guys that meet your age, parental status and I think religion preference, but it doesn't even say what those are! Like if you wanted guys that are 25-35, it wouldn't include any numbers in the agreement, it would only say, 'agreed upon age range'. But what is the agreed age range? It's not in writing anywhere. Look, I work with contracts on a daily basis, and no reputable company EVER has a contract that short, that vague, that lacking in any detail or obligations. Absolutely unreal how they end up agreeing to NOTHING. I mean, what's the point of the contract if it's not going to say the details of the service they're offering? Guess what part is detailed and not at all vague? The fee they collect. She calls me the next day and I tell her exactly this, I even offer to redline it for their attorneys, and she says, well that's just how the contracts are and we never change them. Zero explanation, zero accountability. So if you can really deliver on the type of guy I want (24 times, no less), why is it a problem to put that in your agreement? Why? Because they can't. It's all a lie, an alleged fraud. It is extremely unfortunate how people are being absolutely taken advantage of with these matchmaking services. My advice is, if you're going to spend $5K on a matchmaker, spend $300 on a (reputable) lawyer to look over the agreement on your behalf. With this company, they refuse to change the contract, so don't waste your time with them. I'm just glad they're being sued and held accountable for this shit.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !
