I picked up a loaf of bread, but the plastic tie that sealed it slipped off. I held the bread, looked at it, and decided I had every right not to buy it if I didn't want to. I put it back on the shelf. At the register, the employee accused me in a very arrogant tone, saying she saw what I did, that I wasn't going to buy it, and because of that, I wasn't allowed to buy anything else there. She took all the products I had purchased, and I left extremely frustrated. I don't care about shopping there again, but it's not normal to be treated like that, just because a tag slipped off. Because of how we were treated, I immediately went inside and told my friend not to purchase anything. No one should spend money at a place that treats customers like that.
