I have been working with Government as an analyst for 5 years now, since I moved back home here to Ontario 5 years ago, leaving Northern Canada after having spent 5 years there and 17 years in B.C. prior to that. I started working for the Government here in Ontario as a Casual employee at 43 years old which meant constantly looking for work as Casuals can work only 90 business days per calendar in any one Department per calendar year. So for 3 & 1/2 years I worked between 3 different departments, rotating back when and where I could year after year. At year 3 & 1/2, I finally landed a 'term' position with sick days, paid holiday time and health benefits for a 2-year term. While I was a term, I landed an indeterminate (permanent), full-time position and 6 months after that, landed a full-time, permanent position in a place where my skills fit the work better and the team and culture of the work place suit me better as well. I attribute a good amount of the job search and interviewing skills I've learned over the years to the content of the Interview Success Formula program material.

What should have been a 2 month wait for my refund is now at least 6 months. When I confronted him he confessed his shortcut and laughed at the 'learning experience'. The possible good thing is that his mistake wasn't something that will cost me interest. Instead I have to delay my home improvements - while he laughs. Horrible Horrible experience!!! Good morning,…read more Everybody's experience may be different and better but I'll rate mines a 3/10. I was helped with employment and in my contract it was six months to hire from temp to permanent with the company I would be employed with. When informing Maham and Quadrant of this they both informed it was nothing they could do and to wait it but my contract said different. I don't think they valued my time or communicated properly with my management. They would have me communicate things they should have communicated to my manager. After one year and four weeks I was made permanent with my employer without the help of Quadrant. Quadrant once again did not communicate with me at all or the best with me. There were multiple issues more than once I had to handle without the help of Quadrant. If you are looking for employment as soon as possible I would recommend but I unfortunately would not work with Quadrant again I would probably find employment myself like I have previously or go through another temp agency.
