I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer. Anthony and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they took the time to inspect everything rather than simply cleaning the vent and leaving. I felt like they did a great job and I received good value for my money. I would definitely recommend KC Cleaning and Maintenance to anyone looking for dryer vent cleaning in Yardley or Bucks County, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

My home is basically surrounded by trees. I was requiring gutter cleaning about every other month…read moreso I decided to do something about it. I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Five stars, and if you can, request Chris and Oleg by name as your crew.
