We have come here for concerts numerous times over the past couple of years and it's been the same every time. It gets VERY hot in here though so be warned. People also do small pits here during metal concerts and with it being a small venue, there's always a chance you're gonna get rocked, so if you're not there for that, stand off to the sides. Overall it's not bad, I just wish the mics were adjusted properly. Security is always really nice.

The location was convenient to anyone in Memphis, from Midtown to Collierville. And our out-of-town attendees loved seeing this park. It was both upscale and very comfortable. Our contact, Kate, walked me through the options and process. She answered all my questions - several times I'm sure! I was told that I could come and clean up at 0800 the next morning, that changed, the owner said the night of the event "i would never tell anyone that", I was told I could get dressed at the venue after decorating, since we only had 2 hours from decorate to start time, the dressing room door was locked the whole time we were there. I had to drive 20 minutes back to home to get ready and arrived at my event later than planned, I was told we could use the pool area, so I bought table cloths and decorated the pool area tables, and then, the light was turned off during my event so people would not go outside and would not want to in the dark. I was told the bartender would be included, luckily I had the text that I showed the owner because that was forgotten as well. The bartender was not rude, but was very dry in attitude like he didn't want to be there.... Never met a bartender that didn't have a great personality. Isn't that how you make tips?? Overall, good space, the customer service is lacking.
