He responded and we agreed on an appointment on Saturday at 11am. My neighbor even asked if he could fit in right after me, so I've been more than happy giving Sac Valley Clean business and referalls. Saturday comes and two hours before my appointment, Brian texts me letting me know that he had an emergency and if he could do Sunday. Now if you read my last review, I mentioned we had to tweak appointment times before he came and did the gutters. While I understand emergencies do come up, this is twice I've set up an appointment and something comes up. We agree to reschedule for today, Sunday at 10am. Brian assures me he can make today happen. Sure. enough, 10am rolls around and I get radio silence. I tried calling and phone goes straight to voicemail. Below are screenshots of our conversation. It's unfortunate, Brian did a good job two years ago, but now after being flaked on, I guess customer loyalty means nothing to Sac Valley Clean. I'll go somewhere else.

Additionally, they handled all the permits, inspection process and made recommendations regarding potential future problems. We particularly want to express our praise for Isaiah. He was here every day for 7 days and had a great, cheerful attitude that was reassuring as our plumbing problems multiplied. The main sewer line in our 66 year old home failed 2 days before our vacation, which led to the discovery that the main water shutoff was corroded open. Isaiah got that fixed quickly so we could leave for our trip worry-free. The crew pulled a pipe liner through the sewer line, which saved our driveway and lawn from being trenched. They also replaced our aging water heater, installed a pressure relief valve and replaced the garbage disposal. Proline Rooter was professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

I told him that we're willing to pay for a new unit if that was our only option but would prefer to make our current unit last as long as humanly possible. AJ was friendly and honest. After looking at the old unit, he explained what he believed the problem was and what our options were to make the current system last longer even if it may only be a temporary fix. Never once did I feel like he was pushing me to buy anything or make any unnecessary repairs. (Which was what I was most afraid of base on our past experience with the other company). He did quote the cost of a new system. If that was the route we chose, and even that was almost half of what the last company quoted us. For that reason, I highly recommended Holt services heating and air. In fact, I'm calling to set up an appointment for them to go see my house.
