Probably the first Marks and Spencer locations I've visited which isn't a Food Only store to not have basic facilities such as car parking and toilets. The staff did seem friendly enough, and all in all this store isn't too bad for a small town but there are multiple branches nearby which are considerably better in terms of facilities, even beyond the basic facilities which store fails to offer and selection. 3* - It is one of the better/larger stores in the town centre despite criticisms mentioned, I like how you can access it through Darwin Shopping Centre or street level on Pride Hill.

Some amazing bargains can be found although there is a high stock turnover so quite often can't return for an item as it is sold out. It is easy to get carried away with the cheapness and forget that things are cheaper elsewhere. Queues are often quite long as is the norm in cheap stores and I do find the staff to be unpleasant.
