Don't expect a customer service, no one to receipt u at the door. I had to wait ... I went to them…read morecause the workers were chatting together !!! I asked the guy to verify my battery, he asked me to come back tomorrow. I told him I'm not from here and my phone is my only way to get in touch with everybody and to find my way to get somewhere!!! He said he can't help I need to book an appointment the next day !!! I can't even go to my hotel or check my bank account without my phone .... What a bad customer service, u can totally see a difference btw France and US !!!
