The Dr entered the waiting room, removed her sock looked at wound and put it back on. I began to ask questions regarding her treatment and care needs and he would not answer any of my questions, and kept referring to her discharge paper work, which only indicated a follow up appointment to see him. He was extremely arrogant and condescending with his answers. I was so taken back by his lack of professionalism I was unsure if he was serious or joking. In my thirty year nursing career I have never met a Dr like him. We will not be returning there and I strongly urge anyone looking for a good podiatrist look elsewhere

I went to Dr Lawrence with left foot pain which she diagnosed with a tendinopathy. She sounded…read moreconvincing and said I needed orthotics to stop me from continuing to injure myself. She put me on neproxin while the orthotics were ordered. That weekend I was actually able to walk pain free (before orthotics). That Monday she had me come in and put them in my shoes (charged me another office fee for that). She said to go ahead and wear them but take a break if my feet hurt and call her if I had any pain. 2 days later I was crippled in both legs. I could barely walk. I called her office and her receptionist answered and said she wasn't in the office until Monday. Monday I called back and another receptionist answered and said she wasn't in the office and I could leave a message. I said I did leave a message last Wednesday. She kept telling me she was new there although she was talking to someone in the background. So I left another message. Tuesday I received a call from the receptionist saying she was waiting for my call on Monday but I never called. Dr. Lawrence would not talk to me and the receptionist kept referring to my arches that weren't the problem anymore. I kept saying my arches were not the problem and she kept saying that's what the note says. I now think she had fitted me with the wrong orthotics and now I cannot walk. Since she would not talk to me I made another appointment with an orthopedic doctor and wanted my xrays. The podiatry office said I could pick them up Monday by noon. I arrived at 11 to find the office closed. I called the number and they said they had to close and my xrays were sitting on the desk. They had called all appointments but did not call me. It is very painful for me to drive or to walk and it was a 30 minute drive in both directions. I have been in pain for 3 weeks, missed a week of work and will probably miss more. I just asked for a phone call and possibly refund me for the orthotics that left me crippled. I have gotten no acknowledgment from this office. She said to call if I had a problem but she failed to say she would not actually help me.
