I was randomly connected to her by phone call to her workplace at Service Electric Campbell Drive location in Wilkes-Barre, yesterday. She has a pleasant talking voice. My informed decision to switch from Frontier to Service Electric (SECTV) is thanks to Marilyn's knowledgeable communication skills. She offered me full explanations of download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2,000 Mbps. This employee deserves to be recognized not only by me, but by her Supervisor at Service Electric, for the friendly-service she provides customers. SHE CARES!

Horrible deceptive business practices of hiding fees and not disclosing them and misinforming…read morecustomers. Supervisors are useless and unprofessional and hang up when confronted over their failure to disclose and say "subpoena me" if you want written records of ANYTHING. They refuse to give out contact information of their supervisor and say the boss doesn't speak to customers. Been a customer for over 6 years and over the last year untrained supervisors are destroying the company from within.
