The charm fell off and was lost because the chain broke/ came undone due to no fault of my own. The manager I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She stated repeatedly "I don't care if you have a bad review for me - that does not bother me at all. I'm just letting anybody that might need to know that I wasted my money at this cheap jewelry place. They do not stand by their guarantee. What's the purpose of a guarantee if it doesn't guarantee anything?
