When it was my turn, the woman helped me pick out an earring and told me it would be another 10-15 minute wait for someone to help me with it. They would text me when it was my turn. I probably only waited 10 minutes. There was a waiting area with couches. There were special chairs to sit in for the service. The woman who helped me was very nice and the whole process of switching out the jewelry took 2 minutes. It was $40 for the earring and $10 to put in. While I'd rather not spent that much, I do think the quality and service was great. And it's nice to have an actual earring in again, since I'd only had a post in my ear for months.
