She confirmed and sent a confirmation email. I get to the salon & she's not there. She arrived at 10:30. Even though I had a Groupon, I had paid a booking deposit online because it seemed that was the only way to make an appointment on her very detailed website. I was told she's not going to refund my deposit because I was supposed to call to make an appointment. I told her that the tape was digging into my right eye. She gave me an attitude and said the tape was nowhere near my waterline. I had to ask her three times before she barely moved the tape. I woke up today and my right eye is VERY red and has a weird circular imprint. Pics below. It hurts a lot. When she's done with my lashes, one of them fell off literally right in front of her. She refused to fix it saying it didn't leave a gap and as I brush them and clean them, they will even out. I got home and several more lashes fell out. I woke up & my right eye has half the lashes of my left eye. Do not go to her unless you're looking to pay for a costly eye infection.

Would not recommend or go back to her again. I had to go to a seasoned professional to get them removed and a new set placed. I had a special occasion to attend and her lashes were HORRENDOUS. Headache. Go somewhere else.

I was excited for a new nail salon and got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was great, but my gel manicure fell off in less than 12 hours. I literally woke up the next day and 3 of my nails had no polish on them, the gel was completely off as if they had never been painted. I had to travel for work that morning, so I popped the rest of them off with no effort because the gel was not attached/bonded to my nail. Hopefully they all get trained on how to apply gel because they had a lot of clients getting gel while I was there!
