I then made an appointment to spend more time. When I can for the appointment, she was on time and very helpful. She took a lot of time explaining how the topper should be centered with your nose, and gently clipped on, as to not pull out hair unnecessarily. She was gentle and knows her products and inventory. She made suggestions on making the topper more personalized for my face. The only complaint is that they don't have samples in the colors offered. I take that back, they do from the manufacturer that are very difficult to get an idea of what it looks like in the actual hair piece/wig. I will follow up this review once I make a final selection and have it styled.
