Tyson and his crew are amazing! We were planning a Halloween party for 300 people and Tyson told me that he will do everything he can to make sure our event is a success. Turns out, he was right. Everyone at our party loved Tyson and his bartenders, and the signature cocktail drinks were strong and delicious! Dapper Bartenders- My wife and I first met Thanh at a bridal showcase in Sacramento just a couple months prior to the coronavirus shutdown across the country. We were looking for bartenders who could work with our budget and someone who could handle a wedding of about 500 people. We spoke with several bartenders and bartending companies at the Sacramento showcase but Dapper Bartenders stood out to us in that showcase. Thanh was very professional since our first contact at the showcase. What stood out to us was how Thanh and his crew were dressed up very clean and dapper. Thanh was nice, funny, confirmed with me his crew could handle a big number of guests and was able to be flexible with our budget. Only a couple months passed since our first contact with Thanh and the coronavirus shutdowns across the country occurred. My wife and I had to restart in many aspects of planning our wedding as our venue was shutdown. We decided to have an outdoor wedding venue with a smaller amount of people. We followed up with Thanh after a few months and explained the situation of where we were headed in order to still have a wedding. Thanh worked with our situation and was very understanding of our new plans. We scheduled follow up meetings online via Zoom with Thanh and told him of the drinks we would have. Thanh provided us with a list of items needed for him to serve the drinks the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding, Thanh and his assistant bartender arrived on time. Dapper Bartenders were busy the whole night but did a very good job at handling our crowd. The drinks created and service was incredible. Omg!!! Best Bartender service ever!! Before the night ended all we heard was "where did you find the bartenders they were dope!!". I am absolutely amazed at these bartenders having a large wedding they did their thing! From start to finish it was constant communication from them. If we ever had questions we received quick responses. Just awesome. Here it is Monday and people are still talking about the bartenders and how much fun they were. These are probably the coolest bartenders I've ever hired. I was referred to Tyson from a friend and I'm so glad I found them. I didn't expect to much considering I live in the Bay Area and Tyson is based in Sacramento but I figured I'd reach out anyways. From the start I could tell that Tyson actually cared about what type of event I was hosting and asked me a lot of questions to get a idea of what I was looking for. They were completely professional, personable, and easy to work with. They brought their own bar tables, lights that they attached to the alcohol, and even juice containers to elevate the overall experience and added a high-class flair to our wedding! Our guests would not stop complimenting the hospitality and quick service his team provided. Many of our guests even thought Thanh was one of our best friends with his super friendly, easy-going personality, and his willingness to make the night as fun and enjoyable as possible for all our guests. He gave us drink menu options and instructed us on the amount of alcohol to buy for the various drinks based on our guest count of 400+. His team arrived at our venue by 2:30PM to ensure they were fully set up and ready by our 5PM start time and stayed to the closing at about 10:45PM. I originally met Dappers Bartenders at another event. I remember how awesome they were. They really engaged with people and super personable. I had such a great time. Not too long after I found myself needing bartending service and regret I didn't have their card. I went on yelp and I got so lucky that I came across their business because I recognized the picture of Tyson and his partner that was bartending at the event I was previously at. I instantly contacted Tyson. We met to discuss what I wanted and what services they offer. One of the best decisions I made hiring them for my birthday party. He was quick in his response time and was very professional. He helped me come up with the drink menu and took one extra step and created a beautiful drink menu that matched my theme perfectly. He also helped me figure out how much of which alcohol, mixers, etc I would need based on guest count and approximately how much my guests would drink to avoid under/over buying to save cost. He also provided links where I could buy some of the bar supplies which was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and even helped pick up the ice and juice for the cocktails that day for me. That definitely helped me out a lot. They arrived early to set up and even brought their own bar top. I literally just brought everything in boxes and they were able to go through everything and set it up nicely. What was more impressive is how much fun my guests had with Tyson and his partner that night. They're quick and no one ever complained about wait time or anything. They were on it the entire night and always with a smile. They were a great addition to my party. I'm definitely impressed with their service they provided. At the end of the night they helped clean everything up and also walked me through what bottles they finished and neatly packed up the remaining bottles for me to take home.
