The owners, Mark and Adam have created a top-notch home and hardware store right here in Union…read moreCity. After a several month long remodel, the variety of products is outstanding and there is no better place in the area to begin your own remodel or small project. The store is attractive, easy to find and has very helpful associates. One of the best aspects of this reworking of an already excellent store was the addition of a Guns and Ammo section. There is a wonderful variety of long guns and handguns and Adam's prices are as low as anyone. Whether you need to rent a Bobcat or pick up a hard-to-find gun screw (seriously, Adam stocks these), purchase an AR-15 or a Purdy paintbrush, this store is an unexpected gem. If I lived further away, it would be worth the drive because of the collective home and hardware knowledge of the proprietors.

The team is friendly and will quickly help you find what you're looking for. It has all the small town nostalgia vibes of a Hallmark movie. During my brief visit this past weekend, I was able to find some great deals on vegetables (I picked up eggplants and jalapeños, perennials and annuals. I ended up snagging a full flat for $12 and purchasing two bags of pitting soil that were also reasonably priced. Didier also sells mulch by the truck-bed (smaller amounts are available). It's great to have a trusty option available like this in a small town like Union City to avoid the trek to the bigger box stores in Greenville or Richmond.

I don't even know where to begin…read more. I was looking to upgrade my stereo system and speakers on my 2015 FLHTK. I had been looking online for comparisons for the best system. All the videos and comments that I had seen, there were two winners. The Harley Bombox II system or the J&M Rocker system. Well since I have a J&M headset in my helmet, I knew the quality of the brand, so I started looking online. I looked at the 400 watt 4 speaker system first because of the price. Then seen a tab for local dealers, which connected me to Sierra Electronics. I looked at the price and seen that for the price I would pay for a 400 watt system on the J&M website I could purchase the 700 watt system from Sierra Electronics. I called them on Friday the the 24th of August and talked to someone who said that they had installed one on a bike just like mine and if I wanted to take a ride, I could listen to it to see if I liked it. It was a beautiful day so I took a ride. I got there and was greeted by the kindest people that I had ever met. They fired up the bike and I heard the system. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I knew I had found my system. I was going to purchase the system and take it back with me, so I was making room in my bike for the boxes, when the owner said that they could flash the system for me before I left. I didn't know you could do that before the system was put in, so I said yes. Then the Tech person said that he could put it in for me and have it done in about an hour and a half. I DID NOT EXPECT THIS!!. I was sure that I would have to put it in myself when I got home. I asked if he was serious and he said that he was. So I had it done. The owner then asked if I was hungry because it was lunch time and I said that I was going to get a bite on the way back to Powell when he said that he would take me to a restaurant in town and drop me off so that I could eat and give him a call and he would come back and get me. And he was true to his word. I got back to the shop and about another 20 minutes later the bike was done and I was on my way. And with the price of the product and the install and flash of the system still kept me under the price of the original 700 watt system if I would have ordered it online. So I would HIGHLY recommend this company and its personnel for any work that you may need done. This was a company that was getting ready to leave for a show in Knoxville and was packing up and still took the time to get a bike done for someone that just dropped in to hear the sound of the system. Not only did that but took me to a restaurant for lunch and then pick me up as I waited. Who does that! THEY DO! This is the kind of people that work for this company. I can never thank them enough for all their generosity and help in my quest. They made me feel right at home. I will surly use this company for my purchase of sound equipment. Sierra Electronics is a class act. You won't find a company anywhere around Columbus that would treat you this way. My hats off to this company... Oh and if you stop in make sure you see Reggie the guard hound! LOL.

WOW, WOW & WOW. I was looking to "bite the bullet" and buy a…read moreSERIOUS mower (I have 5 acres). I realized that this would be a large purchase so I did a TON of research. Once I decided that it would be a Toro, I did a TON of research on retailers. All of the on-line places promise the lowest price, but they drop it off in a crate. YOU do final assembly and all of the adjustments. I was OK with this, as I am a fairly "handy" guy mechanically (I do all of my own work on my cars). A friend reccomended Troy-Tipp Lawncare. I checked them out & I was impressed by the policy that states, "If we are working on your mower & we can't get it done before the next time that you need to mow, we will deliver a FREE loaner." WOW... So I stopped by to see what they had to offer (I assumed that the price would be higher, but the SERVICE would be better). I was SHOCKED to learn that their prices were LOWER. WOW... I can not say enough about the service. The OWNER was there, he was INVOLVED and HE CARES! He made sure that everything was PERFECT before the mower was released to me... WOW... I have now had the mower for several months. I have gone back to them for advice & support and they have been AWESOME!

I replied I brought it in the same day that I called and was told 2 weeks. No response from him. I called the following Friday and was told it was getting near the top of the line and it would be next week. I am obviuosly getting more than a little irritated by now and asked him how he would feel if he was told it would take 2 weeks and now is taking 4 weeks. His reply was do you want to come get you mower today or wait until it is done next week. This company lies and makes excuses for there poor customer service. Not even an apology when I picked it up the next week. Obviously I will not be giving this company any more business and you shouldn't either!!!
