I was told that the plants that died in the baskets were to be watered every day. I have grown this type of plant before and have never watered it every day. Even several garden sites will tell you that this plant doesn't need to be watered every day. I was not given an exchange or a refund because I was told I didn't properly care for the plant. So buyer beware, don't assume that you will get a refund if something goes wrong because the store does not follow through with their promises. I will not be returning to this garden center.

I disregarded his making me, the customer, feel bad and called the shop with a new address with which the female was very rude and undermining me when trying to give another location and hung up on me before I could say thank you! Throughout the planning process, Liz was fantastic - giving us a detailed estimate, breaking down arrangements and showing us how things would look based on Pinterest photos. What we received on the day of couldn't have been a bigger nightmare. Not only did she completely eliminate two large arrangements, which we paid over $200 for, but she neglected to tell me and if I hadn't been notified by a bridesmaid, I would have discovered this change while walking down the aisle. Every arrangement was smaller than she said they would be, and our welcome sign was a poorly made, thrown together mess. Several flowers within the bridesmaids' bouquets had to be replaced because they were in such poor condition. She arrived two hours late to setup and hadn't made any of the arrangements prior to coming. Our venue's staff ended up have to pull off a miracle for us to ensure we had everything, including candles, which Liz failed to bring enough of. To make matters worse, I have reached out to her personally to try and discuss what happened and it's been radio silent. It could not have been a worse experience and would have ruined the day if not for our venue's team.
