After so long the pictures were no available to order online. Life just gets crazy, I guess. I called and left a message. Ms. Crisp called me back and I was still able to order my daughter's pictures--just gave her the pose and package I wanted. She was very friendly and helpful. For an extra $5 I was able to have them mailed to my house (one less errand I had to do!). Pictures were in a very sturdy envelope which prevented bending more so than other companies. The quality of the pictures were impressive. This company recently did spring pictures at my daughter's school and I think it's wonderful they are using a local photographer rather than some big corporation where it's hard to tell what kind of service you will receive.

They claimed they had tons of dresses in my size to try on and the style I wanted, I tried on maybe 3 dresses and they were all a bust. They have a terrible selection of dresses. The employees seemed to argue among themselves when helping me. It even felt like they didn't want to help at all. It was not the bridal experience I had hoped for or imagined. When you walk into the store you just feel like you aren't supposed to be there. I do not recommend going here and wasting your time.

Doctor called at 7pm with the terrible news I was losing another dog. Turned out he had stage 4 kidney failure. I was devastated. Doctor was so kind because she knew the week before I lost my other dog. She got him in immediately next day to put him to sleep. The staff seemed as upset as I was. Everyone was so kind. Cost was very reasonable.

I was visiting from out of state, when my dog started frequently urinating and then I saw blood. I…read moretook him to an urgent care vet in Clarksville on 2/6/26. They found lots of tumors in his abdomen after a CT scan but only gave me antibiotics and would not let me put him out of his misery but I should come back next week?!? I was going to take him back home so he could transition with the vet team he knows but he got worse. That's when I found Overwatch Animal Hospital! They were conveniently located by where I was staying so I walked in and told them the situation. They were able to get him in the next day to be euthanized! They were very caring and compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The vet confirmed that his cancer had spread to his lymph nodes and he was in tremendous pain and reassured us we were doing the best thing for our fur baby. The process was seamless and their prices were reasonable (half the price of the urgent vet!). The vet and staff were loving and supportive during this difficult time. If I lived here, I would bring all my fur babies here!
