It took me an about 7 months to get on schedule with ZenDog Mobile grooming. Definitely worth the wait!!! We no longer have to carry Izzi to the groomer, drop her off and return later to pick her up. ZenDog eliminates all the wasted time and energy trips back and forth to the groomer. They're very competitively priced and Wendy does an amazing job with Izzi. We've been loyal customers of ZenDog for years! They offer door to door service like no other. If you compare ZenDog Mobile Grooming to other local groomers it's apples to oranges. All of them in Clarksville stated that they couldn't do it; due to needing the dog to be able to stand on it's own in some brace/contraption. This groomer never said it was an issue and never made it seem it would be issue with her being in a diaper. They take care of her, even with her anxiety issues, and she's in a fresh diaper when we pick her up. She looks like a brand new pup every single time with bows/bandannas in her hair.

We are just like every other doggie parent and hate to leave our fur babies when we vacation. However, we do not feel that way when leaving them at Kathy's. The staff is so good to our babies. They are senior dogs and have some special needs. We have never ran into an issues while trusting them with our dogs. We even get updates with pictures!!

I called them the next day because they had closed by the time I saw it and asked for the owner to call me and she never did. Her daughter texted me what they think happened to Roux Roux'd eye and basically said that she was so rambunctious that she "MUST" have busted a blood vessel in her eye, but just one eye and not both? Please dont take your baby to this place. I will never go back. I hope this will save someone else from going through this.....Bad business totally!!!! I even showed the girls a picture of a Shih tzu but when I picked her up she weighs 5 lbs and was 3 mos old. She had been shaved down to 1/2" all over!!! Add salt to the wound it wasn't the same length and you could see row lines where they shaved her! This pic is 2 weeks later. AND they charged me $65 for it!!!!! I was going to give them a chance to make it right but I'm not sure I want to. That was sooo OVERPRICED!

For a dog his size, the pricing was great! Just under $45. I am so impressed with the quality of work and how good he looks. The ladies there are so nice, and the woman who worked on Finn, did a fantastic job. I will be back with my other fur babies. I'm really happy, to have found a groomer, that I can trust.

This was my second bad experience with this groomer. I have a Ragdoll cat that was supposed to…read morereceive a bath, and cut. Both times they did not perform the cutting saying the cat was too unsettled. They charged me over $130 to bathe, cut the back nails, and supposedly de-shed. This to my cat that I comb out everyday. When I got home I ran a comb through her and found no difference. I will never take my animals to this place again. I'd get better service at PetSmart than I do here.

We have never had a Maltese join our family before now, so we're still getting used to the grooming responsibilities and have not been doing our job correctly. Well, thank goodness we have finally found our forever dog groomer! Ms. Amy did an amazing job. And not only does Li Li look adorable and perfectly groomed, but she smells like heaven. And Ms. Hollis, the lovely owner/manager (?), said that Li Li was so happy and sweet while there. I'm sure Li Li was because she was obviously pampered (and she is the sweetest little critter, we love her to pieces). I mean, just look at her. LOOK AT HER!!! (swoon) Thank you Ms. Hollis and Ms. Amy. You have brought great joy to us today. We will most certainly be back.
