For our wedding we really wanted to learn how to dance for our first dance. We didn't want to look awkward or just bobbing from side to side. We found Lenny through instagram. I reached out through IG DM and then she called me to explain her services and how it would work. We went it for a trial and decided to book additional sessions to get a full dance choreographed. Her schedule was pretty flexible and worked for us since we both work during the week. She is a great teacher and choreographed our dance based on our level. We were super beginner but still was able to come up with a beautiful dance for us. We made sure to follow her advice and practice every day between sessions. Lenny was great with our kids (I could never have her patience) and kept them in line cuz you know kids can get out of hand sometimes lol. Gabby is an amazing instructor with so much energy and "moves" that will keep you engaged and having fun! I had been meaning to take salsa lessons for years and years and years. I finally made the time to sign up and I am SO GLAD I did it at Danzone! It's a 5 min drive from home and their prices are very affordable. I joined the 6 week beginner course with Lenny and just completed my last class. Next week I will move on to the intermediate course. Whether you feel you somewhat know how to dance or are starting out with two left feet, Lenny really breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand. She is patient and hilarious at the same time. My class size was large, began with 28 people but by the 6 week mark there were only around 18 people. I learned A LOT! I feel very comfortable dancing salsa now with just all of the basic steps, turns, and cross body leads down. Can't wait for the next 6 week course to begin! They also host dance socials every other Friday at the library square with DJ and Papa Juan's stays open and sells tacos for you to go and practice your skills and mingle! read more

Lenny is talented, patient and extremely talented! I took a Dance in Heels class with her and about a dozen other women. Her studio is a great size and I was able to found parking easily. When I walked in, Lenny greeted me with such a warm smile and during the class, I found her energy electric and contagious! She truly loves what she does and that passion is evident! First of all, I'd like to apologize to Lenny, the owner, for not doing this review earlier. Having said that, Lenny recently choreographed a dance performance for my daughter's quinces. She choreographed a Waltz, a Salsa, and a Family dance. Throughout the process Lenny was professional, timely, and just plain fun to be around. She was able to teach to our strengths and modify the routines so that it would best fit our (my) skill level. Ultimately the performance went smoothly and we have no one to thank but Lenny. Lenny made herself available to teach despite my family's challenging work/school schedules. She's the best. Now a little about the studio. It's perfect. A little bit of home mixed with a little bit of sass and whole lot of love is felt at the outset. Parking in the lot can be challenging but there is plenty of street parking (free) so this was never a big deal. I love Lenny and Danzone! Lenny is the best dance/workout instructor I have ever seen. I first started going for the Salsa classes, which are so much fun. Lenny is such a great teacher. My Husband and I tried other Salsa classes before, and he never learned how until we came to Danzone. Then I found out they had zumba, and body-sculpting classes. These are way better then any other aerobic class I have ever taken. I have a membership to 24hour fitness, but I don't even go anymore, because I get all the exercise I need from these classes. I am a 2022 bride and I honestly don't know how I would be able to get through without Lenny. On top of being a bride, I was also going to school for my masters, working full time, and was starting an internship.
