After the passing of my mother in her own home, a woman named Melissa Meadows--who is associated…read morewith Meadows Hydraulics showed up at the house before my mother's body had even been removed. She claimed to be the sole beneficiary of the estate and told the responding officer I was not allowed to be on the property. At no point during that visit or at any point was any documentation shown to support her claims. Shortly after, she filed paperwork in court seeking to become the personal representative of the estate. I was devastated by my mother's sudden passing, and this interaction added even more distress to an already traumatic situation. I felt it was aggressive, premature, and lacking compassion--especially given the circumstances and timing. I'm sharing this personal experience to give others insight into what happened during one of the most sensitive moments of my life. People deserve to know how professionals--or those connected to estate matters--behave when families are grieving.

The truck bed and frame were not assembled properly by the person (Brandywine) that last owned the truck and this contributed to the instability of the truck when the load was being dumped. It is a shame that some truck sellers take advantage and sell products that are questionable in qualify and functionality. DOT inspections can only go so far.

Did have a belt replaced and a few other small things (unverified if the work was actually done) but it was absolutely ridiculous. The mechanic that was working on the air brake system had no clue what he was doing. NO CALL BACKS. NO COMMUNICATIONS. NO UPDATES. NO URGENCY. NOTHING. The incompetency is unbelievable. Please take your vehicle anywhere BUT here. Even when they called and told us the vehicle was ready the paperwork was not completed and we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. We even called corporate in Easton. Good Luck getting through on the phone if you call there. I watched them leave people on hold for countless minutes. The only way I ever got results was to physically drive there and request to speak to someone directly. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Hello, I bought a…read more2023 Mach E and the buying experience was good-pretty standard. I love the car. I brought it in for its 10K service, which is essentially a tire rotation. I was told the aftermarket wheels needed a "key" to remove the lug nuts. After some time, one of the mechanics was able to find a key that worked and did the rotation. because of the key issue I was at the dealership for over an hour. I was then given a quote for new wheel nuts with a new key, and was told they could only be ordered in sets (key and nuts). I made an appointment, showed up on time, and then waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be told (information was unclear) the parts were never ordered or were ordered but didn't fit. I had just wasted 1 and 1/2 hours. From my perspective Preston should've comped the set. After all, they sold me the car (incomplete at that) and we weren't talking about a lot of money. I was told I'd get a call the same day to resolve the issue. I never heard from them again, and that's after calling and leaving a message, and after filling out their customer service survey and giving them honest feedback (and providing my number and email address). In the end I went to a tire shop here in Easton (Spurry Tire), took the guy five minutes to find a matching spline. Which he then refused to charge me for (that's customer service!) It's a shame that a simple service visit tarnished what had been a favorable opinion of the dealership. FYI, it does follow the car not being detailed when I picked it up after purchase, but that's another story.
