Dropped off items there in the beginning of May. Had several separate orders. The very first items we dropped off were 3 suit jackets, 2 one size and 1 another size. We kept waiting and waiting for these 3 jackets to come back, called Steiningers blamed Faxon, Faxon claimed they had invoiced steiningers for our 3 jackets being delivered. Kept in contact with Faxon this whole time, bc chuck steininger would never answer our calls. It's been nothing less than a disaster. The guys at Faxon, states you'll have to replace the jackets and between us and Steiningers we will make it right.....lol. We left this go until about 2 weeks ago, simply hoping the missing jackets would turn up. We finally submitted the invoices for the new jackets we purchased, based on Mike at Faxon's recommendation and guess what??? Wait for it the 3 missing jackets turned up in Selinsgrove exactly 5 days later! And the great part is I offered to physically go to either location and look through things to make sure they weren't being missed, months ago. Here's is the icing on the cake neither Steiningers or Faxons is interested in even paying a portion of our replacement cost, because I guess they lie?? And have mysteriously found the jackets that were otherwise missing for 3+ months. And the final nice kick in the teeth, is that after all this time they show up under my son's name!!! My name is on ALL OF THE SLIPS WE HAVE, all of them! His name was never on anything from these orders. Take it for what it's worth, but beware

Not only are they overpriced, but in addition, I found the owner to be dishonest. I trusted them to ship my jeans--something the owner clearly stated in an email he would do--but after multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received them and have not gotten a clear answer about their whereabouts. I feel completely let down by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are plenty of other dry cleaning services that actually take responsibility and value their customers--I would strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

We brought the shirt back and stated that it had never been worn and is now in bad shape, they sent it to "the plant" and returned it to us and wanted to charge us for a second cleaning? We didn't make any headway in explaining ourselves. We brought it home and realized they wrote our last name in whiteout pen on the inside seam of the shirt near the bottom. They said they always do that in case it gets lost but can mark our account to not do that to our things anymore but that they could get lost. We told them that we've gone to dry cleaners in major cities across the US and never had someone write on a $100 shirt before. They were unapologetic.
