So we made a monthly payment on January 29th by putting a check in the mailbox for Chapin to pick up our garbage after a previous issue being resolved. They picked up the five bags of garbage max we put out. On February 5th, they peeked in our mailbox again, to find nothing because we were under the impression that we were paid for an entire 30 days. Apparently not. THEY LEFT OUR GARBAGE. So we paid 20 dollars for only 5 bags of garbage when in reality, it should've been at least 20-25 bags, depending on how many weeks January has. Although their service is pretty cheap and they are very good at picking up even on holidays and stormy weather, I find their reaction to this situation very unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more
