This year, they must have a contest going with their termite employees because in a one month period, I have had over a dozen emails, as many texts and phone calls from multiple employees trying to set up my annual inspection. one actually showed up unannounced and would not take no for an answer. No, you cannot come in, we are about to go out did not deter her. Finally, the truth came out. they want to sell you thousands of dollars of additional service. the manager will not speak to me or return my calls. Next renewal date, I'm going with another company, but I am keeping the pest control service. They do a great job and are very responsiv.e

I always try to compliment him when he's leaving just to keep the morale and let him know how much we appreciate his work and efforts to keep our hotel treated. Thank you Denmark! The pest control office has never had a problem reaching me. About a week ago I walk outside and see their truck so I went over to say hello. The man in the truck said he wasn't there to say hello he was coming to remove my termite bait traps. I was shocked. He said they had been trying to call me for my renewal but I was avoiding them so they were there to remove my traps. Wow. They have reached me every quarter for a few years and charged my credit card every time without problem. But for some reason they couldn't reach me for termite. Not true. The owner Steve was so rude. Now I have purchased my own traps so as they pick up their trap I will drop the same plastic trap back in its place. In other words if this happens to you, go online and buy your own very inexpensive traps. Pretty crazy.

Had terminix come out to spray for fleas in the yard. The receptionist who scheduled the service…read morewas very friendly and so was the technician who came out to spray. It cost $230. Problem is...it didn't work. Also when they say that if it doesn't work they will come out to retreat, they won't actually spray, they will just put more granules. I had already put bifen granules out myself in March, and much heavier than they did, before I was even seeing fleas. If the granules worked I would not have 5-10 fleas on each pant leg between walking from my front door to the car. They use bifenithrin in both the granule and spray form. I had been doing this myself for the last couple years but every year they keep coming back and I have wondered if it was the heat that actually killed them because it always took many spray sessions and took over a month. They certainly spray heavier than I ever could. I just wish it worked. I cut the grass the day they came out. Maybe I scared the fleas away and they didn't get poisoned properly. Since then I have sprayed premethirin and a growth inhibitor and am still seeing them. New Orleans just has mutant/resistant fleas I guess.
