When we went to ask, the doctor said it was due to the jaw. I proved it wasn't the jaw, so the doctor switched to saying it was the teeth. I showed him that before the braces, my children's teeth weren't like that, but the doctor blamed it on the fact that they had suggested extracting teeth earlier. I told him that he had said he would see if it was impossible to do it, and if not, he wouldn't. That's the dentist's job; he knows what should and shouldn't be done. He's still ignoring it and hasn't made any adjustments. After the braces, their teeth look worse than before. The worst part is that I had both of them treated at the same time.

It was a seamless transition. I am so Grateful ! In my lifetime I had four sets of braces, I seen many of dentist offices and orthodontist offices, but this one is top-notch second to none. They even have freaking massage chairs in their lounge, waiting area Lol. Where do you see that type of customer service. In 2021 I have fainted and fractured my jaw! So the key is to stick to speaking to the staff, not whoever their calls get transferred to. Tip: when their call center answers the phone, ask them to transfer you directly to the staff in Tracy. I don't waste my time speaking to anyone that picks up from their call center. Don't let them try to talk you out of it, keep requesting to get transferred.

My daughter took x-rays twice, impressions twice and both times the insurance company sent me a letter stating the claim was submitted incomplete by Western Dental. What a complete let down! They bill for as many services possible to the insurance company such as X-rays without delivering the end product to their patients. Great business model where you bill, bill, bill and give your customers nothing. A total scam!!!! I'd give more stars if I could! I needed a root canal and crown earlier this year. I had the root canal done in the Bay Area, but the same doctor was unable to also do the crown. I called around many other dentists in the bay, but none worked out (poor service, scheduling issues, etc). I was recommended Dr. Lata, so I made the drive from San Jose all the way to Tracy, and it was very worth it! The receptionist and other staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful both in office and on the phone. Both Dr. Lata and Dr. Poliki were very kind and knowledgeable, listened to me, reassured me, and did a great job with my crown. Recently, I was having some trouble chewing on that tooth, so I called the office and they recommended that I come in to have it checked out. While it was a long drive from San Jose to Tracy, it was very worth it. I was seen within 5 minutes of reaching the office (which was very nice after the long drive!), I explained my issues to the doctor, and it was resolved right away! I'm so happy I can comfortably chew again and I'm not having any more pain. Both doctors and their whole staff are very knowledgeable, kind, caring and helpful. This was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I think it can be hard to find an honest and trustworthy dentist, but at California Dental Care I felt I was in great hands!
