That being said, the guy is great at what he does. Jim actively looked for ways to save me money. For example, he sharpened the blade and cleaned the air filter. Any other shop would have replaced both, resulting in a higher bill. Costs of small parts were included in the hourly rate. The only negatives were that he does not accept credit cards and I found his published operating hours to be a suggestion.
