If I could give this business 6 stars then I would do it! I had the pleasure of working with Mad…read moreMind Studios on a complete logo and website design for my company, Dragonfly Recruiting. From our very first conversation to the final delivery, the experience was exceptional. I came to them in a pinch, needing to get my company and website up and running quickly -- and Omid immediately made my project a priority. He went out of his way to accommodate my short timeline, working before and after hours to make it happen without ever compromising on quality. I want to highlight Samuel, Eli, and Marc, as they played a huge role in transforming my vision into a professional, cohesive brand. I shared my ideas and a dream, and they brought them to life. They created a logo that not only reflects what I had imagined but also that resonates with the marketplace in my industry. Their expertise ensured the website included both features & content that are trending and that are competitive as well. They didn't just create a website -- they built a strong foundation for my business to grow. The final design is sleek, user-friendly, and a perfect fit o our brand identity. I highly recommend Mad Mind Studios!

They hustled to meet our short deadline, and delivered a beautiful new logo, and a website that exceeded our expectations. We're so proud of what they came up with we cant stop looking at it! Everything we asked for felt possible with this team, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Also felt their pricing was reasonable for the gorgeous product they designed. We felt lucky we found them!

Communication was clear, and the service was prompt and professional. There was a little miscommunication about my pickup location, but the team handled it immediately and seamlessly...which I really appreciated. I also love the new vehicles and shuttles! It's been great to watch Culture Cart grow and evolve while continuing to provide such a high level of service. Congratulations to the entire Culture Cart team...you're doing an amazing job!

Disappointing experience but learned a lot…read more The amount of people vs. Traffic vs. Golf carts = Great idea but logistically, slim chance to deliver on their part. Used em for the most recent nfl game. Getting there: Granted, it was right before kick off, traffic was off the hook and it took about 15-20mins to get within a block of the stadium. The idea of the cart to fit into bike lane areas is a good idea, but it's not a bike and only allows to fit through some areas of traffic so there were many times, we were sitting in traffic like any other vehicle. Getting back: Never happened so we basicallypaid 30/person to get there only. We knew this was a common red flag amoung reviews, but we took the risk. It did not pan out in our favor. The directions said to meet at one of two locations after the event for pick up. Between the two, we wandered back n forth for approximately 30-40 mins and never found them to be in the area. After that, we basically gave up and started walking away from the arena in hopes to maybe catch them going to/from. Except for one potential sighting, no luck. With limited cell service and uber prices off the chart, we ended up walking the entire way back to the hotel (note: doable and safe but extremely time consuming). Additonal notes: I did not involve myself the way I probably should have been regarding details of this entire thing (other people set it up in my group) so, would I try them again? Probably (but be far more prepared and ask them specific questions). This IS the cheapest to/from fare you'll find for sofi events. Expect an experience similar to mine unless you expedite leaving the stadium: the place holds 70k plus people. If you take your time getting out, that exponentially makes your chances worse of finding/getting the ride. The feat of engineering involved with traffic design, like most stadiums, failed to think of a solution to expedite traffic. Contacting them: Appears almost impossible (by design). This isn't the only company with a golf cart so it was difficult to identify if a golf cart seen was culture cart. Someone pointed out the colors of the cart and sign on the cart but we were not positive they all looked the same as we did NOT see the same cart we arrived on ever again. I noticed hours later after back at the hotel, they were not dropping people off in the front of the hotel, which i found odd. Also, they need to improve on being identified in general (brighter lights or something flashy to catch attention). Lastly, website doesn't even give you a way to contact them. There should be someone local on text or call standby. Take home message: Just plan on paying a cheap fare to get there but have a plan B for leaving or except you're walking (if you are brave enough to take the risk) or take the hotel shuttle for aprox. 50/person.
