everyone, for the most part, are wary of dealing with mechanics. they wield a power over the majority of us that we must honor with our hard earned dollars. Dan is sooo the opposite. IN FACT, he once called me a few hours after a service when he realized he'd charged me too much (we'd both forgotten a deposit made some time before) and to give you an indication of his affordability, he fixed both of my front doors for HALF of what i'd been quoted for one, elsewhere. any time i have a vehicular issue, he's my first call. read more

Great experience ,from the initial call to set up appointment,to leaving with my AC working excellent . Dan and his team worked quick and efficient , I asked him to quote for timing belt etc , he check both the car and the manufactures recommendation and offered me a quote on the spot with no pressures . I bought a Groupon headlight restoration. Dropped of my car at 10 and decided to have them do a change oil and replace the wiper blades. It didn't get done until 5 pm and I found my car parked in a very tight spot. When I was checking it out, the headlights still looked the same and the guy was acting too friendly saying they did other extra work. I thought that was strange.. yesterday I noticed that my car had a big scratch on the passenger side. I know they did that because I drove my car from their shop to our place. It's been parked in my driveway since because I barely drive my car. Not a good experience. read more

Not a way to treat a Marine Corps vet. We had issues with Dan's 2 1/2 months ago. Phoned him up for 2 weeks and no reply. Now after I left my review he phones us up and offers us a free oil change if we to take the review off. He ripped us off for $2000, didn't fix the anti freeze leak, then was going to charge us another $1200 to fix the water pump that was the problem in the first place. So we check around and all of the other shops only charged $800 to replace the water pump and the timing belt /seals. I tell Dan that and makes up a story, well he's not charging you for seals. NOPE seals included. Dan's says he gave you a deal because he knew you. NOPE he didn't know us from Adam. I tell Dan he just knows what he's doing and it only took him 3 hours to do and Dan's Auto was going to charge me 7 hours to do it. I'm just saying people, go anywhere else and get quotes, because Dan's will rip you off if you don't. Dan's reply is a lie. And he is a bold face lier. Our car has never overheated. When we brought it to two other shops they saw it was the water pump not the radiator. Sorry for your lose but that was 5 months ago. What does that have to do with you overcharging and ripping me off. I'm not the only one read other reviews of them replacing things that don't need replacing. This is the worst kind of auto shop you'd want to find. I'll see you in court! read more
