One Stop Nutrition -- Quick, convenient, decent vegan options…read more First time stopping into One Stop Nutrition and it pretty much delivered exactly what it looks like -- a convenient grab-and-go supplement and shake spot, usually right by gyms. Not a ton of vegan options, but I was able to build a fully plant-based 50g protein shake with soy/almond/coconut milk choices, which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. Prices felt reasonable, and while it wasn't a standout experience, it's solid for convenience -- I'd likely pop back in when I need something quick. Around a 3.5 experience for me.

We were greeted right away. Not a ton of seating but I think enough. Decent parking, easy to find. My complaint would be how loud the music was. I could barely hear them call out my order lol. My daughter and I visited this location on Friday, May 22, after having dinner in the area. The…read morelocation is conveniently surrounded by several other businesses, including Cooper's Hawk, Portillo's, Parry's Pizza, and more. Before visiting, we reviewed the menu online and discovered a great tip for first-time guests: be sure to download the app before your visit. New users receive a $3 reward that can be used right away on their first purchase. After making your first purchase before the reward expires, you'll also receive a $2 reward for a future visit, which is a nice bonus. We decided to order the StrawberryNana Smoothie Bowl, which was priced at $12. After applying our $3 reward, our total came to about $10 including tax. The bowl was fresh, flavorful, and enjoyable. The menu offers a variety of items, including avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and more. One suggestion I would make is to offer breakfast combo meals. While the food quality appears good, the menu prices are a bit on the higher side, and combo options could provide additional value and make the menu more affordable for guests. It also appears that customers who sign up for emails may receive special promotions throughout the month. During our visit, we noticed a buy-one-get-one smoothie promotion offered on certain days and times, which is a great way to save. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and nicely decorated, with both indoor seating and a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy your food. We arrived close to closing time around 6:30 PM, so some of the chairs had already been stacked up for the evening. However, the staff still welcomed us and allowed us to sit inside and enjoy our smoothie bowl without feeling rushed. Overall, we had a positive experience. The food was enjoyable, the restaurant was clean and inviting, and the rewards program offers some nice savings for first-time and returning guests. I would definitely recommend downloading the app before visiting to take advantage of the available rewards and promotions.
