Also added on extra charges at the end ($900), even after clarifying everything before the work was performed. Overall, work was decent, but I can't recommend based on character and price gouging at the end. They painted the entire interior and exterior of the house. I have painted professionally, and I worked along-side the crew part of the time and was able to point out many other things along the way, that probably wouldn't have been done if I wasn't there. Here is a list of issues we had: Exterior: Did not properly scrape loose paint and fill cracks (partially fixed) Missed painting a board on soffit Painted gate wrong color (did fix) Had to go back and re-roll because of lines (did fix) Overspray in a few areas Sand painted into the front door Paint drips around the house Interior: Overspray onto floors and cabinets Paint drips on floor throughout Missed entire sections of wall Did not paint ceiling in 2 closets (was on contract) Did not perform work that he verbally agreed to but didn't want to write into the contract Paint on door handles and outlets Biggest issue was add-on prices and failure to stick with their word.
