We received four bids, and Hectors bid was very reasonable and his quote was very detailed and inclusive of materials and a time frame for completion. The crew was wonderful. They were prompt, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. We had just had new windows and doors installed and they covered all the new openings before painting to protect them. The crew not only painted our house beautifully, they expertly stained our new woodwork on our porch. The whole job was perfection. After the primer coat went on, my husband and I changed our mind on the color. We were certain that we would be charged a significant change fee as the crew needed to stop mid-job while we were re permitted for the new color. Hector was extremely patient and helpful. His crew came back as soon as we got our new permit and we only had to pay for the new paint! The whole job was the easiest part of our big remodel. When everything was done Hector walked the whole job with us and addressed any little touch ups right there on the spot. I cannot recommend Hector and his team at Astro Painting highly enough. The professional service and amazing talent and attention to detail are hard to come by these days.

Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! My house was in massive need of patching and repainting. The cracks were really bad in some areas but Jose was able to grind the walls down to the point where you can't even tell there was patch work done. Paint proz did a very clean and seamless job. The patching was a three day process at my house which made all the difference for the paint. Jose also brought my old and faded metal door back to life. People have stopped to ask me if I installed a new roof because of how amazing the house looks. Forever grateful for the service Paint Proz provided! Their attention to detail and pricing are unmatched. Leave the painting to the Proz!

Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with the painting projects that Jose at Miami South…read morePainting has done for my home. A few months ago, I had a brand new wood fence installed along the perimeter of my property. To preserve the wood grain, I hired Jose to apply a clear-coat wood stain to the fence. He advised me to wait approximately 30 days after installation before applying a stain to the fence. I listened to his advice and when he was finished, the fence looked flawless. No streaks, no blotches ... it looked flawless and rich. Then, this past week I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my home. Once again, he did a phenomenal job. He is very professional and friendly, and he treats the painting of your home as if it were his own. His work is clean and flawless, and his attention to detail is something that I truly appreciate. And when he finished, he made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back the way he found it. Jose is one of a kind and I highly recommend hiring him for your painting or wood staining needs.
