If you're in Salem, you may have seen construction projects across the city. The entrance to this business' parking lot was obstructed by cones, which I can only imagine impacted their business. Always one for the 'underdog', I made a point to show my support and bypassing the cones; entering from 25th St. vs State Street. Anything to support a small family run business. I had a small window of time to get home, and thankfully, after placing a To Go order, they had it packaged and ready in a flash! They also have a couple of shaded picnic tables if you'd like to dine on site. They have a generous menu priced reasonably. My Al pastor tacos were delicious and hit the spot, after working through my lunch break. I'll definitely make a point to stop again!

So of the many delicious options I went with the machaca burrito and hands down this is one of the best ones I've ever had as the burrito was served to me super hot like soo hot I couldn't even eat it for a minute which is something I love to see from the start, and let me say that flavor of the meat with the eggs, jalapeno, and tomato's was spot on like just soo good to the point it took me back in the Rolodex of memories to my favorite place to get these burrito's and that never happens! If they weren't enough they had an awesome salsa bar with some delicious salsas all of which were good like really good and just added soo much to an already delicious machaca burrito! Also at the salsa bar they had a pot with whole grilled jalapeños and onions inside and I must say this is always a nice touch when restaurants do this as it adds soo much more to whatever your enjoying! The lady working was nice the place was chill and clean and they had a drive thru and a claw machine it doesn't get any better than this! Overall I wish I lived closer to here as I would seriously go here all the time as my burrito was that good, with that said who knows if I'll get back here again but let's just say it's definitely not out of the question should I get to.
