She then said multiple times that I had to personally come into the store and PAY THEM 2 more dollars before they could "maybe" get some darn FRESH SQUEEZED OJ. If I didnt come in "we won't do anything" THEN they said the manager was off today. I asked for a name and all of a sudden "we don't have a manager". So I asked for the Ownership Of The store and ... krickets and then she hung up!! Called back and same thing. I just wanted a name so called several additional times. One call they picked up tge phone, never spoke and I could hear the employees talking! Then they hung up again!! So one more time, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! It rang 10 times. I finally gave up. I don't think I was asking for anything unreasonable. I did also ask for a refund, received no answer and she was laughing while she was talking to another person who spoke Spanish. So I paid for something I never got. When my order came out wrong, I politely asked if they could exchange it since I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, they refused to remake it, would not offer a refund, and didn't even offer to replace it with another bowl. This was my first time trying this restaurant after driving down from Portland, and it will definitely be my last. Customer service and handling of food allergies should be taken much more seriously.
