After our discussion, I then texted a photo of the bent liner to his phone, but no response. Called again, left message, no response. It has now been over two months of trying to get some type of answer or even a suggestion on how to proceed.

I didn't "shop around" for my roofer and I wasn't shopping around for a garage repair company. Unfortunately, you lost a potential customer. Never would I recommend this company.

Because of that, if I tried to engage the door, it made a horrendous noise akin to "the most annoying sound in the world" from Dumb & Dumber. I called A-Aron's Garage Door Service, and told them I needed a new motor, which they told me would come with a new track system. I got a fair price right over the phone, after being asked what sorts of features I wanted: not many, I want a dumb garage door, don't need keypad entry, want to open it with a button on the wall inside the garage, want remotes for it, and want it to not be loud. I went with a Dominator lift. Sounds beefy. The next day, the install tech shows up, and he gets to work. He's friendly, and he examines the current state of the door, and lets me know the springs aren't holding tension. I left him to do his work, and went up to do my own work. To make a long story short, he was able to properly tension my springs, did a great and expedient job installing the new motor, track, programming the remotes and button thing on the wall, and ensuring everything was reinforced properly. He also disposed of all the old equipment and boxes. I paid what was quoted to the penny. These guys are the real deal, and I won't call anyone else for garage door service. No nonsense, no crazy upsells, just what you need for your garage to be safe again, at a very fair price.

Called Premium Overhead although it was further. They answered the phone and was able to get out to fix the next day. I really appreciated the call that morning saying he (Joel) was on his way. I thought maybe I would have to get a whole next system, but Joel said that whoever installed it should of put a double coil, but only did one. So, good news that I didn't have to buy a new unit, just two new coils. I like his honesty. He suggested replacing the roller wheels, but I might be able to get through a few years still. I went a head and had those replaced too. I would highly recommend using this team. :)

This was the second time I had issues trying to get in touch with them. Their warranty or service is worthless.

I planned to install it myself, since I have done this job before and was so stoked about the low price from Home Depot. When the door was delivered, it came from San Marcos Overheard Door. I asked the man how much to install it. $250 was his price. Deal! That's way less than I'm willing to spend to save me from having to do it. I scheduled the installation for a few days later. He arrived early and completed the job in a few hours and even repaired the motor arm and connected it to the new door. I totally recommend San Marcos Overhead Door.
