Nearly last minute, I called up The Floral Gallery to see if they could hook me up with a boutonniere the following day. Nguyen let me know that I could get the next day service for $25. I wasn't quite sure what a boutonniere costs these days, but I figured the Yelpies were worth the small splurge. Of course I had to get the red and white bout' to align with Yelp's colors. I scheduled the pickup for 3pm. This small flower shop in the Aldi/Subway/Nanay's shopping center is located near the Knockout Pizza. I showed up just after 3pm and was in and out in a flash. The boutonniere was wrapped in black with red, white, and some blooming green flowers. It was a perfect match to my green suit with a black shirt and black bow tie. Watchaaaaa! Friendly and timely service at a reasonable price. My only small issue was that they inadvertently charged my card twice, once each on two different days. However, they quickly realized their mistake and began processing a credit before I realized what had been done. I'm thankful that they noticed their mistake, but if I didn't have the funds it might have been a problem.

I'm not sure if they had the wrong number down, or wrong email, or there was a glitch in the system, but in no way did they "try to" reach us. As the rep Amy was unprofessional and unhelpful, she wanted to charge us a $50 fee to UNcancel our order. We told her we'd leave a review due to the unfairness and unprofessionalism to which she responded with "good luck with that". We ended up having to desperately look for another company who was able to deliver the same day and pay a little extra, but they were friendlier and more professional. This is a little rant due to frustration, but it's more of a warning to those who are looking to rent from them. Beware of them not coming through on their end. I wouldn't order from this place again to avoid the stress they caused.

Tania's Flower Arrangement appears to have a storefront in the PB area and another shop location that's inland in El Cajon. It's possible the El Cajon location is not a storefront but rather a private location which expands their ability to serve the two surrounding areas. Due to ordering on DoorDash I wasn't able to write a personal message on a card. Leaving my recipients wondering who the mystery flowers were from. But I cleared it up by saying surprise! Check your front door. This is a small, new business and I just love their creations. I will absolutely order from them again.
