In the first session I wanted to address…read morepain management (from a lightning injury), learning to change my breathing pattern (quit holding my breath!) and help with processing the grief from my mom's passing 3 years ago. Jean helped me address all three of these. After our first session, I felt more balanced and healthier - emotionally and physically. In my second session, Jean guided me through a "reprocessing" of a painful trauma from years ago. As I processed and released the emotions and memories from that event, we uncovered the "real" reason I've been holding my breath, which didn't have anything to do with what I thought it was. LOL! I am amazed by the truths that we uncovered, and I'm grateful I am no longer living with the painful emotions I've unknowingly carried with me for over 40 years. Jean is professional, caring and intuitive in her practice. Thank you, Jean, for being of such great help to me, and for caring so much!

I cannot sing enough praise about Jean Conway and the work that she does. She is kind,…read morecompassionate and is very confidential. I was holding onto the fear of public speaking for 47 years. Not only did she erase those fears with me through hypnosis, she gave me confidence. I was able to unleash 47 years of fear and anxiety. Last month I gave the eulogy at my father's funeral. That would have never been an option prior to my sessions with Jean. I will be forever grateful. Anne

In March on a socially-distanced nature walk I slipped in mud and fell. When Beth eventually emailed her list that she was offering myofascial release-work over Zoom, I signed up, curious. It worked. Over Zoom. Twice. I feel better - about 90% the same as if I'd seen her in person. Some aspects of the session seemed even more effective than in-person. Don't ask me how. Non-local entanglement or something physics-explainable. I'm signing up again.

Beth is wonderfully present, thoughtful, and intuitive in session - plus she's impressively observant and alert, even via the seemingly-weird webcam medium. She's helped me deal with a lot of non-Covid stuff with her SE work, and, although it's hard to imagine a world in which I'd have chosen remote work over touch therapy, I'm grateful I've had the opportunity to benefit from her abundant hands-free gifts.

I will be returning for additional sessions. The following has been my experience with the two Reike Sessions I have had with Rebecca to date: I am self-diagnosed ADHD. I have a very difficult time "shutting down" my mind and relaxing. The hour Reike sessions provide me a "down time" for my mind - and I am truly able to relax. This is HUGE! I feel relaxed and focused after the session. I have hip replacement surgery scheduled in less than a month. Prior to my first Reike session, I was having difficulty sleeping and moving around because I would have very sharp pains traveling down my leg every time I tried to turn over in bed, or just moving around the house. The sharp pains have virtually disappeared after my first session...amazing. I don't do a Reike session with any expectations. I was hoping just to have an hour of relaxation and shutting down my brain. I never imagined that the pain I was experiencing from the osteo-arthritis would become so minimal. These are results I have personally experienced. Each individual will have different experiences.
