I have gone to other places recently and they have told me that it would take them three weeks just to look at my items I called here and was seen the same day. I had to get my chainsaw serviced because the chain slipped off and I even was missing a bolt when I brought it in. They went and got me a bolt and fixed my chain for me and now I am back in action. It looks like you can bring everything here except for automobiles and that is a wide range. I agreed - and when he came over, I had the Amazon website pulled up and asked him to put in the part and I would pay for all the parts myself right then and ship to his house. Kerry got really upset and said that he just wanted the cash from me for the parts and then just walked out of our house because I declined to give him cash up front without any assurance that he would order the parts we needed. I couldn't understand that if Kerry wanted me to pay for the parts why wouldn't he let me make the payment directly to Amazon. I was concerned that if I paid him for the parts up-front that I would never see him again or the parts. Kerry works out of his house and doesn't have a shop. Kerry said he would have to borrow a trailer from someone to pick up my lawnmower. Curious that he doesn't even have a trailer to use. Kerry looked very unprofessional. When I pick it up it comes back clean and runs like new. I had some trouble with the tires slowly leaking due to mesquite thorns. After talking with a "tire" man I purchased a couple gallons of "Slime" and put a half a gallon in each tire - problem solved - no more leaks. I'm very satisfied with the mower and the service.

After 30 years of use on our old mobile smoker, I decided to have a nearby welder repair and spiff…read moreit up. We both thought it would be best to start with a fresh surface, so I found Luke and his company via Yelp. Great find! He showed up promptly as promised, and worked diligently for three hours blasting the old pit. He gave me a high estimate and low estimate, and the low estimate prevailed when the job was completed. The welder and I both marveled and how nice the raw metal looked without out the rust, pitting and peeling paint. Now he has it in his shop to begin renewing the pit. I've had experience both sand blasting and glass beading and marveled at the equipment, and media, Luke used. Former US Marine Luke, trained by our favorite uncle, definitely knew his stuff. Pit is now at welder's shop for more work, and it's great to know that one of my kids will enjoy this pit for another 30 years. If you want the blasting job done right, in good time, the first time do NOT hesitate to give Luke a shot.

I contacted Yarrow since they were the only company with all 5 star ratings, others were good but…read morethere were a couple of ratings by people who didn't receive 5-star service so went with Yarrow and now I understand WHY they have all 5-star ratings. He (a veteran so I was happy to support him!) responded, booked and got to my place quickly after 1st contact. He was respectful and diagnosed the issue quickly, thought it was another issue but when he came back to install and pulled the washer completely out, he realized it wasn't the issue & had the parts to put swap out some little motor which he said "This will be cheaper" and I always respect service providers who are honest. He could have easily installed the valves he originally thought the issue was and charged me for that AND told me about the other issue and fixed that and charged me more BUT he was honest and saved me some $ and fixed the issue!! I will always call him in the future!! He also helped to clean out the dryer vent as much as he could and recommended Firemen Dryer Man to clean out the rest - love that business and happy to give them my business.
