Chris and Mason came to the door and spent a couple hours figuring out the problem that had stumped that other electrician. My house is old and some things done by previous owners were problematic like having that circuit powered by two breakers. They fixed that problem, fixed the outlets and installed a new breaker. They were very pleasant to deal with and they even brought treats for my dog. Will definitely call them going forward for all my electrical needs. Five stars!

My electrician took the time to walk through where exactly I wanted it placed and talked through the best way to run the wiring to minimize visibility. Really appreciated that he made sure I was comfortable with the plan before getting started. The work itself was clean and professional, and the outlet works perfectly. What really impressed me was how helpful he was beyond just the electrical work. While he was here, my patio door handle completely broke off (totally unrelated to his work--someone else in my house broke it). He gave me some informal advice about what replacement part I'd need. Then when he had to run to the home improvement store to grab something for the outlet installation, he offered to pick up the door handle for me too. That kind of thoughtfulness and going the extra mile was great to see and highly appreciated since I had a busy day dealing with kids before a trip. I'd absolutely hire this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.

About 6 to 8 months ago I asked the owners if they did emergency services since I knew there would come a time when I would need that. They said absolutely. Two weeks ago I had a family in our Lakeview House and they reported that the temperature was not going down in the house although the air had been on for 3 hours. I called Marble Falls Electric and had to leave a message and then subsequently called 2 other local companies who also did not answer. Within about 30 minutes Kim with Marble Falls Electric returned my call and told me that they would be on site shortly to look at the problem. This was on a Saturday evening. Glen and Kim, the owners, showed up within 45 minutes and spent about 1 hour doing everything to get the system back to cooling. They succeeded and the guests were comfortable for the rest of the time. We did decide to not gamble on the system lasting through the summer due it's overall condition and Marble Falls Electric and AC replaced the compressor within a few days. They gave me a fair price and completed the work quickly while the same family was in the house for their vacation. Even the family commented on the difference in the temperature and effort of the system to cool from the old to the new. They could feel a drastic difference. I want everyone to know about this company because they were true to their word about doing emergency service and they were fair with me, very fair with their charges.
