Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. I got another quote before Todd's, and that company told me to replace all 9 valves for $1400! Todd told me straight up that it's unlikely I need all replaced, and when he came to diagnose, he quickly observed that because I converted sprinkler to drip, I'm probably not using all zones. This is someone I can trust to not oversell me on services I don't need. He came yesterday to fix my system, and explained what he was doing so that I could understand how to better maintain my valves. He repaired 1 valve and replaced 1 valve for less than $200. Will definitely call him again if I need help with my irrigation!
