Initially, there was a nine-day wait--but once I explained the urgency of his situation, they found a way to get him in the very next morning. That alone speaks volumes about their compassion and responsiveness. From the moment we arrived, the team was calm, professional, and efficient. They listened to the full story without judgment, and while they never badmouthed the previous provider, they clearly knew how to handle the situation and quietly guided us through the steps to make everything right. They performed the extraction of the remaining wisdom tooth fragment (left behind and mishandled elsewhere) and completed the two upper extractions without incident. After pre paying and giving all my info including address & phone numbers, I went home a happy customer. But apparently they miscalculated and the $80 I still owed was billed to some other address. They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!
