After pre paying and giving all my info including address & phone numbers, I went home a happy customer. But apparently they miscalculated and the $80 I still owed was billed to some other address. They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!

We are incredibly grateful to Joplin Oral Surgery for the exceptional care they provided my son,…read moreGideon. After a deeply traumatic and painful experience at another provider, I reached out to Joplin Oral Surgery hoping they could help. Initially, there was a nine-day wait--but once I explained the urgency of his situation, they found a way to get him in the very next morning. That alone speaks volumes about their compassion and responsiveness. From the moment we arrived, the team was calm, professional, and efficient. They listened to the full story without judgment, and while they never badmouthed the previous provider, they clearly knew how to handle the situation and quietly guided us through the steps to make everything right. They performed the extraction of the remaining wisdom tooth fragment (left behind and mishandled elsewhere) and completed the two upper extractions without incident. Everything was explained clearly, handled with grace, and done with the kind of care and integrity you always hope for but don't always find. This was not our first positive experience with Joplin Oral Surgery--both of our daughters had their wisdom teeth removed here, and it was seamless each time. I've also recommended them to friends, and every single person has come back with glowing feedback. Now I can add my son's story to that list. If you're looking for oral surgeons who are not only highly skilled but deeply professional and trustworthy, this is the team to see. They restored our peace of mind--and that is priceless.
